GoogleVery poor experience when viewing properties for sale in Ruthin. One was very disinterested in showing us round and the other was unable to answer basic questions about the property. Made me think twice about putting down an offer for a property sold by Cavendish

GoogleI had a house inspection by Liberty & was a pleasure to meet her. From the moment she arrived she was very professional and friendly. She took her shoes off at the door straight away and explained what the instructions would be as it was my first one. She checked everything, picking up on a few things that needed attention and assured me they would be sorted. I had a few things I wanted to bring to her attention too and again she said that they would be sorted. I felt nothing was a problem for her and everything was taken on board. I felt very comfortable chatting to Liberty and felt like it was a friend popping round more than a house inspection. Thank you for your time (and putting up with Tilly) It was lovely meeting you.

We rented a 2 bed apartment in Mold . Sophie was the agent who found us the property and nothing was to much trouble. She has been so helpful over the past year and a half . She was always there to answer any questions we had and always found out the answer to our questions and believe me we had quite a few to ask her 🤣🤣. Eventually we moved out of Mold and was very sorry to say goodbye to her in her official role. We will pop in the office and say hi whenever we are in Mold visiting family.
