GoogleI enquired about a property seen via Rightmove, Cavendish were very quick with responding and explaining the procedures with our interest moving forward. Cavendish kept us fully informed throughout from first point of contact even following the handover and always happy to answer any of our questions. I can’t thank cavendish enough for making the process smooth running - especially Chloe (whom was our main point of contact) even during Covid times. Thank you again! Danielle and Harry

GoogleWe have rented a home through Cavendish, while having our own home refurbished, for over 12 months. The staff are outstanding - knowledgeable, helpful and quick to respond. Repairs were carried out quickly and well and, on the one occasion that contractors were not particularly good, they quickly sorted things out. Would highly recommend renting through Cavendish.

GoogleCavendish Rentals is a fantastic company. They offer online viewing for their properties, which provides flexibility and gives prospective tenants a good chance to decide whether or not they actually want to make a journey out to a property. As a first time renter, I had a wonderful time working with Daniel and Nicola in order to sort everything. They were kind, very professional, and very quick to respond. I would highly recommend going to Cavendish over other Lettings Agents, as I've found that some other companies are rather unresponsive or unprofessional in their correspondence.

The whole process took a very long time, a huge thank you Becks and the team for always being so positive, polite and keeping the faith even when we had given up!
