GoogleAfter approaching 3 local estate agents, I decided to proceed with Castles at Edmonton to handle the sale of my property. Of the 3 agents, I found Castles to be the most competitive and Stuart Gray the most upfront as to costs, the properties negatives and positives. Most importantly, he was the only agent who explained exactly how they would like to market the property in the current climate. The open day method was the least disruptive to me and resulted in a very quick sale. Castles were extremely quick and efficient, which I was extremely grateful for. Moving can be very stressful, but all the staff were efficient, polite, and helpful. I can only but recommend Castles at Edmonton if you want to sell your property competitively and efficiently.
