GoogleWe are incredibly thankful for the way in which Cristal and George at Castles in Tottenham assisted us with the purchase of our home. From the start they were warm and friendly in their approach and efficient and professional in the service they provided. Our selling and purchasing process was difficult for a number of reasons and George and Cristal were consistently supportive and helpful throughout. We truly believe that if it wasn't for their hard work and determination the purchase of our house would have fallen through. They went above and beyond what was expected of them and were always available when we needed to talk to them. Above all else, they are just lovely, genuine people.

GoogleI just bought my first flat in Tottenham and Bruno at Castles Estate Agents was a dream to work with. He and George helped me through the whole process and made it a great experience for me and the vendor. They are genuine and knowledgeable which is very rare when it comes to estate agents (I met a few bad ones in my property search!)

GoogleThe Castles team (George, Bruno and Crystal) is delightful - friendly, helpful but above all, very efficient, hard working and on the ball. Very different from a standard estate agent. Impressive and highly recommended. The service I received was excellent. I sold my house immediately (first viewing) with Bruno as agent. Make sure you use this outstanding team!

GoogleWhat can I say a totally excellent, professional and impressive service from George and his experienced team. We were selling at a difficult time, with the market depressed by Brexit, but the advice that we received was spot-on, and we achieved our sale at a good price, just when we needed it. No crazy promises over unachievable prices, no pressure, no panics. Highly recommended!

GoogleI'm very happy with the entire service provided by Castles - with David bringing me on board/overseeing my house sale and Max dealing with the sale directly. They were professional, efficient and reliable throughout the entire process and despite our sale being challenging, were a pleasure to work with and represent us. Our listing looked great, they delivered a large amount of viewings (always with decent feedback) and once the sale was agreed were with us every step of the way. They were always quick to get back to me, great at communicating with/understanding our buyers, and worked very hard. I would be very happy to recommend them. Thank you Max and David!

GoogleCastles, helped ease what was an extremely challenging sale. I had never had to buy and sell together. I hurriedly put my property up for sale with another Estate Agents first, only to be totally let down by the property being overpriced and then slowly cut down. Castle's contacted me during this difficult period and I joined them as soon as I could. Max was incredible so focused and kind. David conducted all events with the utmost professionalism. If I was worried I would just pop into the office in Clapton and David would take charge of the query with patience, offering reassurance. An amazing team, I am so glad I used them. Big thanks!

GoogleHaving spent a year on the market without much success we moved to Castles and the difference was incredible, we had an agreed offer within a few weeks. I wish we had gone with them from the start, their experience, knowledge and professionalism is head and shoulders above the rest and it really does make a difference. Thanks especially to Abraham and Sandro who did a fantastic job.

GoogleWell, what can I say.... Everything was going wrong, I had a very, very bad credit score, due to a near fatal illness a few years back. The last agency, Hetheringtons, shafted me due to my situation, they charged me 25k up front in cash, Plus 6 months deposit, just to let their property for a year. So, I didn't expect much better from Castles Estate Agents to be honest. However, Enzo Soylu, a letting negotiator at Castles, trusted in me from the very start, he guided me sympathetically through the referencing process and vouched for me to his colleagues, at his own risk and to his own detriment. Finally, I'm now in one of the most beautiful apartments ever and I'm elated :-) Thank God for Enzo & Castles Estate Agents.
