I couldn't recommend Castles more highly. In a industry so renowned for untrustworthy characters, Castles proved themselves to buck the trend. Josh Newton was an absolute superstar when I was searching for my property. He was proactive, helpful and informative. Josh showed that he really knew and understood what I was looking for, and in the end found me my perfect property. Josh and David were both fantastic throughout the buying process. They were available at all times, they drove the matter to completion and they kept me informed at all stages. A big thanks to the team, who I highly recommend.

The Castles team I worked with closely (Josh and David) and the contractors and third parties they recommended were all absolutely excellent. Buying property is almost always a stressful process but they did their utmost to make sure things ran smoothly and were never the cause of any issues and never contributed to that stress. They are constantly professional and attentive and kept me well informed throughout the process, they helped me through the entire process and beyond and I would thoroughly endorse their services to anyone who may need them, and I wouldn't hesitate to re-use them in the future.

Very unproffessional service...many unreturned calls in relation to a leak from a landlords property that they represent. Leak has caused much damage to a neighbours property but Agency has not been forthcoming with feedback from their plumber that came to check property...this is still ongoing after almost 3 months!

Panos your guidance on how to approach the sale, Russell your excellent communication skills made the process of selling my home seamless. Not least the fact that my home needed sprucing up before selling and the assistance both you gave with this. Although I was not able to be present for the sale process, your efficient and prompt communication was a great relief to what could have been a very stressful period. On a personal note, Russell, you have the best written and spoken communication skills I have every encountered in the real estate industry. I needed tenants for my property at short notice and the guys at castles did an absolutely fantastic job of finding them for me. Within a week they had no less than three options to fill my 3 bed house. The service from Russell, Noura and Panos was friendly, highly professional and easy to use at every stage. I would thoroughly recommend them and will definitely go to them again in the future. Thanks for the great service guys!

Having previously sold a property before, I was blown away by the stark contrast in service Castles were able to provide. The perception of Estate Agents to over promise and under deliver could not have been further from the truth. In my view Property Consultants and a head above the rest. I must give a special thank you to Bruno, who went above and beyond the call of duty to get to a completion date within 11 weeks of our property going on to the market with a chain of 4. Exceptional.

Really good service from Bruno - excellent in all respects. Quick to deal with our queries and get answers from vendor, very helpful assistance with damp + timber survey. Patient and understanding when faced with delays on our side and multiple requests for surveyor access. Heartily recommended.
