GoogleHaving spent a year on the market without much success we moved to Castles and the difference was incredible, we had an agreed offer within a few weeks. I wish we had gone with them from the start, their experience, knowledge and professionalism is head and shoulders above the rest and it really does make a difference. Thanks especially to Abraham and Sandro who did a fantastic job.

GoogleWe have used Castles several times over a number of years and have always received excellent service and advice. We have found their exceptional knowledge of the area and it’s properties invaluable. Abraham, Sandro and Colin are extremely helpful, dedicated, patient and kind. Our experience has been that no matter what complications arose, their expertise and experience has always ensured that the process went as smoothly as possible. Not only have they helped us, but after a family bereavement, Abraham went out of his way to find my mother the perfect home. If you are looking for an estate agent in Crouch End, we couldn’t recommend Castles more highly.

GoogleThis was my first time using Castle's in a move my family made to Crouch End. I can't say enough about how well Castle's helped me in this process. I'd highlight Abraham who went out of his way to expedite the process and make sure that we were well adjusted. Thanks so much Castle's and Abraham! Jason

GoogleHuge Thanks to Sandro at Castles in Crouch End for helping us purchase the home of our dreams. We're new to the UK and Crouch End and he was incredibly helpful every step of the way. He was available at any moment for any question. As he was the selling agent, he was absolutely professional, making sure to take care of both us and his clients. Gave excellent guidance, support and advice. Did it all with style and a smile. Our family is forever grateful and will know precisely who to call if we need an estate agent in the future. Thank you Sandro and rest of the team at Castles Crouch End!

GoogleWe had an u usual flat to sell in a difficult market. Abraham was outstanding- engaged, energetic, commercial and highly effective. We were delighted with the outcome and know that we could not have got it done without him. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

GoogleThis is a 5 Star+ review for Abraham Rawat at Castles. Abraham has sold a few properties for us over the 12 years we have lived in Crouch End and we have bought 2 off him. He is above and beyond the best Agent in Crouch End particularly in the Upper End of the Property market. I can say this having viewed numerous properties in the area with other Agents. This is HIS area and I think that is imperative. He sold our house this year in a difficult market and we had 5 offers within 2 weeks of it being on. He pitches at the right level, is smart and loyal to his clients and goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy. In fact I am not sure when he rests! He answers all questions swiftly and with intelligence. Without his expertise we would not have sold our house and had a smooth transition to our new home out of the area. I always recommend Abraham as I genuinely believe he is the best.

GoogleI have no hesitation in 100% recommending Abraham and his team at Castles Crouch End. In a very difficult market, Abraham found us a buyer within weeks and found us our perfect home almost immediately on us explaining our requirements. Abraham was always on hand and communication was fantastic throughout the process. The Castles team really know their market and unlike other local agents who make false promises, Abraham and his team really deliver.

GoogleCastles were excellent throughout the whole process and Sandro was fantastic. The team was very responsive and efficient. The transaction occurred over the Christmas period yet was still seamless. Very transparent and secured a great deal. Would highly recommend.

GoogleAbraham and the team at Castles Crouch end have offered an amazing service that was both personal and supportive. In a very challenging market they found a buyer in very short space of time and the whole process was executed with ease and no stress. I highly recommend Castles!!

GoogleLocal area knowledge second-to-none, friendly, professional and patient. They helped us find the property we wanted rather than flooding us with properties we didn't. Would highly recommend.

GoogleI have known Sandro and the team at Castles for over fifteen years, during which time they sucessfully negotiated purchases for friends of mine, so they were the go-to choice when it came to putting my own flat for sale. To my amazement Sandro managed to secure an offer from the first viewer in what is widely considered a stagnant market, thanks to his perfect understanding of the area and his skill at matching potential buyer to property. Despite the chain having run into difficulty over legal technicalities, the sale was completed with no drop in price in just over four months - I would have no hesitation in recommending Castles if you are thinking of selling in Crouch End.

GoogleA brilliant experience buying my first flat with Castles Crouch End. Sandro guided me through every stage with care and professionalism, from first viewing to getting the keys, and nothing was too much trouble. An absolute pleasure and would highly recommend.

GoogleFrom the moment I met Colin for a valuation to then meeting Abraham I felt that the Castles team were frank in their approach to my sale and instantly created a level of trust through a friendly, honest, professional and knowledgable process. I would thoroughly recommend Castles to anyone buying or selling in Crouch End due to the fact that Abraham and his team have a level of knowledge of the property market in Crouch End and the surrounding area that is second to none.

GoogleExcellent service from Castles for the sale of our flat. It was a slow old process to find a buyer in this stagnant market involving a change of estate agents to Castles. Colin who led the sale was excellent. It was so important in this market to have experienced estate agents who knew how to match our flat with the right buyer. They are NOT typical estate agents who give the profession a bad reputation. Colin and Abraham ensured that once a buyer had been secured the sale went through to completion despite a slow process, gauging the right tone to use at the different stages to get the job done. They were on hand at all times to make it as stress free as possible. Thank you. Would highly recommend.

Definitely the best Estate agent in Crouch End for buying or selling and Abraham's knowledge of property in the area is second to none, he's definitely the one to go to.

GoogleWe received really top quality service from Abraham and the team at Castles throughout our recent property search. Abraham’s local knowledge is second to none and he managed on several occasions to find us brilliant properties both on and off-market. He clearly understood what we were looking for and tailored his search accordingly which saved us lots of time and in the end resulted in a great purchase which we are in the process of completing on. He is discreet, professional and patient, maintaining a calm disposition at all times. Also has an impeccable understanding of conveyancing matters which was greatly welcomed during the process. We highly recommend that you contact Abraham and his team for your move.

GoogleI was so impressed with the professionalism of the agents at Castles in Crouch End. Always punctual, always friendly, to-the-point, honest. They also were patient when we needed them to be, and understanding. Secured me the flat of my dreams - I trusted them from the get-go and they did not let me down. Thank you!

GoogleSelling a property can be a daunting prospect but Abraham and the guys at Castles made it so much easier. He gave us realistic advice on the selling price and timescales based upon extensive knowledge of the local area. He was never pushy and was always available to deal with any queries. He also provided a subsequent rental property which was required. I would recommend to anyone selling a property in the area to speak to Castles in the first instance.

A special thank you to Abraham and Sandro, my new best friends! GoogleEveryone at Castles Crouch End form a highly efficient and professional team, with strong negotiating and people skills. Abraham and Sandro helped us at every stage with our decision making and did so with warmth and humour. They organised a very quick and smooth sale. We highly recommend them.

GoogleI had a fantastic experience selling my flat through Castles. I had four initial valuations and I was won over by the higher estimate and the personal warmth of Sandro, our agent. The communication and help provided by Sandro and Castles from there on in was excellent. We achieved a higher sale price than the other agent's valuations (one by £35,000!) and faster than I had expected. I strongly recommend.

GoogleThe service provided was excellent. Castles were professional and honest throughout the whole process. Stuart Gray is a top man and a legend!
