I would have no hesitation in recommending Alex at Castles Edmonton. He was very professional and efficient and found me a nice family to rent my property within a couple of weeks, achieving the rent I was hoping for.

A totally excellent, professional and impressive service from Abraham and his experienced team. We were selling at a difficult time, with the market depressed by Brexit, but the advice that we received was spot-on, and we achieved our sale at a good price, just when we needed it. No crazy promises over unachievable prices, no pressure, no panics. Highly recommended!

We recently sold our house with Castles and would highly recommend Abraham (and team) in Crouch End. The whole process was handled professionally and with great care, and Abraham was a pleasure to deal with throughout. We felt that the Castles team stood out against the pack of agents for their knowledge of the local market, their integrity, and their ability to attract the right kind of serious buyers.

The team at Castles Crouch End, especially Abraham Rawat, went above and beyond to help us complete the grueling conveyance process and ensure our house purchase went through successfully. Abraham worked around the clock and remained kind and patient, despite all the chaos and madness. We couldn't have it without him and highly recommend Abraham and the team at Castles Crouch End to anyone looking for a property in north London!

Abraham supported us to sell our home in Crouch End, and our experience, from first meeting through to completion re-wrote our perception of estate agency. Abraham was knowledgeable, supportive, honest, straightforward to work with, expert at his profession, and went beyond the call of duty. Having used another agent before Abraham, we had a direct comparison, and there is no comparison. We wouldn't use any other agent in Crouch End and would recommend Abraham to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

Abraham at Castles is THE person to deal with if you want to buy or sell a house in Crouch End - particularly at the higher price range. Nothing is too much trouble and he and his team make everything run smoothly throughout the process. Having just bought and sold a property both through Castles, I am very happy to give them the highest rating and recommend them to anyone.

I've just sold my house through Castles and I can't praise Abraham highly enough (the other guys are great too). I remember Abraham saying that getting a buyer is the easy thing, what matters is seeing the sale through to exchange, which he promised to do. That has certainly been true in my case, through what proved to be a fairly lengthy hard slog. Abraham was true to his word and was amazing throughout. He's a great communicator (always accessible and responsive, even out of office hours), a pleasure to deal with and - as other reviews have said - went the extra mile, doing a lot of the conveyancing work himself. What else can I add? Except that I can honestly say he's brilliant and I would highly recommend him! I would nominate him for Estate Agent of the Year if I could. We love you Abraham!

We were so lucky to find Abraham (Castles Estate Agents). He could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable and informative. He did everything to make sure that things went smoothly, despite a rather complicated property, and was full of local advice. Highly recommended!

I have used Castles Estate Agents for a number of years and for a couple of house purchases and sales. Over recent years Castles have taken on some of the best housing stock in the neighbourhood to sell. After my research I found that all the properties they have all get sold quickly and for the maximum price possible too. This is largely down to the skill, expertise and experience of everyone in their professional and friendly office but in particular because of Abraham. From the outset Abraham takes the time to personally do the viewings, he keeps both vendors and sellers regularly informed to enable the process to be as smooth and pain-free as possible. He is charming and incredibly professional and nothing is too much trouble for him. He has a fantastic reputation locally and always goes the extra mile. I will always use Abraham and Castles and will continue to highly recommend him to anyone selling in the neighbourhood. He does an amazing job and turns the usual stress of buying and selling into an enjoyable process.

I have been doing business with Castles for 8 years now. Having previously bought three properties through them, they have just sold one for me and achieved a great price in a tough market. Sandro, Abraham and Colin are experts in their field and offer exceptional service. Highly recommended 6*!

Abraham was highly recommended by friends who had recently sold their house through him, the report was so glowing that it was almost hard to believe. Now having sold our house through Abraham, we can only say that they were 100% correct, his dedication, knowledge, understanding and intuition are second to none. Nothing is too much for him, I think he is the most genuine salesperson I have ever met, plus he's a diligent, fantastic communicator. He is easily worth the fee.

Abraham and the Castles team were terrific to work with on the sale of my house and the purchase of another. They are knowledgeable, professional and, importantly, friendly. They were attentive to our needs, provided local insight and acumen and explained the process clearly. When problems arose, Abraham and team provided valuable solutions but never at the expense of their professionalism. I very much appreciated working with the Castles Crouch End team and would highly recommend them.

A fantastic team who were 100% committed and professional from start to finish. Castles found us a buyer within days in a tough market and were excellent through the sales process over the following weeks. I would have no doubts recommending them to others.

Castles provided us with an amazing service well beyond the call of duty! We put our flat on the market with them just at the moment when the market went flat, which presented quite a challenging situation. But Castles kept the faith, and guided us through with a caring and personal approach that led us to selling our flat and buying another also through Castles. We are absolutely delighted with the outcome. A very special mention to Sandro who really did pull out all the stops to make this happen for us! Thank you

It's fair to say that my opinion of estate agents was not very high until I worked with Castles and specifically with Abraham. He is a class apart from the average estate agent and, in our experience, by miles the best estate agent in Crouch End. Abraham worked with us on an extremely complicated sales and purchase where our original seller dropped out and our chain collapsed. He found us a new buyer in a couple of weeks and managed to put the chain back together again working with the estate agent we were buying from. His experience, dedication and expertise are second to none. He is passionate about ensuring his clients achieve their goals and he certainly was committed to helping us buy our dream home. His fee was money extremely well spent and we would highly recommend him.

It has been a unique experience of buying properties with the help of Castle's in Crouch End. Over the last 7 years, Sandro has helped three members of our family to find their dream homes. He has been professional as well as warm and supportive in guiding my daughters through the intense experience of becoming home owners. The unique thing about Sandro and his colleagues is that the relationship doesn't end on completion. They remain trustworthy and accessible post completion. I would recommend anyone selling or buying to visit Castles in Crouch end.

Buying a property through Castles in Crouch End has been a memorable experience. Abraham has become an integral part of the local community mainly due to his impeccable professionalism and outmost commitment to both sides of each deal. In our case he demonstrated great teamwork, which in turn motivated each and every person involved in our transaction to work towards a very speedy completion to meet our personal needs. He has outstanding sales skills whilst managing to avoid the typical estate agent pitfalls. And a decent sense of humour too :)

I cannot fault Castles they are by far the best Estate Agents I have ever dealt with, they were friendly, supportive with what turned out to be a somewhat complicated sale, kept me in touch with developments and were in every way genuine and helpful. I would recommend them above any other Estate Agent in the Crouch End and nearby North London areas and because they are a local business I felt they really knew the local market and wanted to do their best for all concerned. I can only thank them for their diligence, diplomacy and extremely hard work.

Wow, we can't speak highly enough of both Abraham and Colin for pulling our sale through - they are the ones doing all the heavy lifting that solicitors should do but don't. They have proved themselves to be right up at the top where they belong - the best Estate Agents in Crouch end. Thank you! Chris and Lucy Watkin, Edison Rd.
