GoogleI have to say I was very pleased how quick and professional they were. The open day was a very big success and everything was explained very clearly to me. I found the staff very helpful and polite to me. Moving is very stressful but they were on the ball and got things going. Thank you.

GoogleHaving registered with several agents I have to say I found Steven Carter in the lettings department to be of the most help. He would call me every couple of days for updates on various properties, it honestly felt like this man cared and took note of my interests and needs. I would without hesitation recommend this man to anybody looking for rentals.

GoogleI rented a property in February 2016 and dealt initially with Sertak, a very charming man, along with Steven Carter. As a society we are quick to complain and so it is only right that when someone provides the kind of customer care as Steven did, this should be acknowledged. Steven was very helpful, attentive, patient with my endless questions and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. He kept me informed every step of the way. He was on time for appointments and returned my calls when he said he would. This branch is very welcoming and everyone I met upon my visits were great. I highly recommend this branch of Castles.

GoogleUseless. Apparently "sold" my property then just strung me along for months using every excuse in the book until I lost patience, sacked them and used another nearby agent who quickly sold the property and ensured a speedy completion.

GoogleWe have just rented a nice property with Castles. Our real estate agent Lorenzo was very professional, he always was there to give us all the information needed during the process. He was very calm and patient although both my wife and I we were vrey stressed. We recommend their office for who ever is interested in renting or buying a property.
