I do not know who you are or the property to which you refer but can assure you that we return deposits as soon as possible or submit them to the TDS in the event that Landlord and Tenant do not agree. Should this be about a property Castles are dealing with then please email me or give me a call to discuss the matter David Edgar Managing Director

GoogleReally bad manners at the first call asking for availability of a house, can not imagine how is the service with the tenants.. only recommended in case of emergency or nuclear attack

GoogleExtremely professional and very helpful Estate Agent.

GoogleThis has been the worst renting experience I have ever had! The agents don't care about you at all, and they take AGES to reply. If you need something to be repaired, you might as well do it yourself as they use guys that don't know how to do anything! PLEASE don't use this agency at all unless you like living with RATS!

GoogleAVOID at all costs. They are a bunch of cowboys trying to inflate house prices by holding illegal open auctions. If you want to secure buying a property you need to pay them under the table. Stuart Gray the manager has got the worst customer services and I pulled out of a sale because of his lack of respect to customers.
I am sorry to read your comments as our Open Days have proven very successful and popular with our vendors. I would appreciate if you would contact me at the Edmonton office to discuss your comments further David Edgar Managing Director

GoogleThe team at Castle's Edmonton were extremely professional and efficient in all aspects of the letting service they provided to me. In particular, Alex, Steven and Sertac, were all very helpful and I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleExcellent experience, everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently, with no compromise to quality. All agents were very helpful, though in particular the chap who dealt with us the most, Steven Carter, who has extended his customer service beyond us signing the contracts.

GoogleI contacted castles looking for a property and I dealt with Steven Cater, excellent customer service, did all he could to help and was upfront with all information and the whole process. Couldn't recommend a better estate agent that this gentleman here.

GoogleI'd just like to say a huge thank you to Stuart and his team. We had lots of issues with the seller but Stuart made the process go much smoother than it otherwise would have !

GoogleI have recently rented a property through Castles. I tried many estate agents previously, who ignored my calls, always failed to give information. Finally, I found Sertac at this office who kept me informed all the time and handled the transaction in a highly professional manner. I would highly recommend Castles and Sertac in particular.

GoogleRecently moved into our new property that we found through castles estate agents. Had approached a few agents previously that had not really been straight with us regarding the holding of deposits and other people being interested etc. When we met with Steven he was like a breath of fresh air, kept in contact with us through the process got all referencing done quickly etc. was really helpful with moving in and even help set up the utilities when we moved in and were having problems.

GoogleVery positive feedback for Castles Team, especially Steven Carter, our contact since beginning, a very helpful and respectful man. Well done and thank you!

GoogleI would like the whole world to know what an amazing experience I had with Castles. At first switching over from estate agents did make me a bit wiery but I was quickly put to ease from the lovely, kind staff at Castles. Mr Enzo Soylu dealt with finding myself a property to rent which I have fallen in love with. He was a polite, helpful and honest young gentleman that always kept his appointments and ALWAYS answered my calls (which definitely must have been annoying at times). I now have my keys to my new house and am feeling left assured that in the future if I ever did need help with any matter that the staff of Castles would be more than happy to help. Thank you for all your help and patience.

GoogleCongratulations to Alex and the team who are in their 3rd year of managing my property. Everything has been done efficiently. Special mention for Fatma Hasan; before you ask for something to be done it's already done. Keep up the good work all.

GoogleStuart Grey and his team at Castles did a very good job selling my late mother's house. I had no problems from start to finish and found them very helpful whenever I had to contact them. I would recommend them.

GoogleMy partner and I have been with Castles for lettings for the last 4 years. They have always been very efficient and helpful. Alex Philippou has been one of the main points of contact for us and he has always responded promptly and with proficiency.

GoogleStephen and sertac were both very friendly and helpful. We are very pleased with there service. Castles are the best estate agents in London and I can suggest them to anyone without any hesitation. Thank you Stephen you are 1 in a million.

GoogleAs a new landlord, I was worried about how stressful letting my property would be. I can honestly say that Steven and Sertac have been a pleasure to work with. They listened to me, kept me updated and the whole process was seamless. If you want a professional, reliable agent that will get the job done well, I'd definitely recommend Castles.
