GoogleAlexei was very helpful during my search for my first home. I ended up buying in another area but can't recommend him enough!

GoogleWe found a lovely flat in Palmers green through castles. Throughout the whole process, Nof Tonna and his team were extremely helpful, polite and easy to work with. At every turn in the process, we were also provided with the insight and guidance we needed to help us through the process (which was new to us). In a crowded industry, castles palmers green have left a really positive and lasting impression. I'd recommend anyone buying and selling their property to in the area speak to castles, particularly if you value honesty and integrity!

GoogleI highly recommend these guys! We sold and purchased with Castles in Palmers Green and experienced unparalleled levels of service. From James' valuation of our property all the way to completion, we couldn't have been happier. Special mention to Alexei who took the time to get a real feel for our needs and we've now bought our perfect family home. Thanks again to all of the team :)

GoogleBought a flat through Castles (Jul 2017). Nof and his team kept the highest standard of professionalism from start to finish. They went over and beyond to provide support, follow through and share their experience. We most definitely recommend using Castles Palmers Green.

GoogleWe spent one day looking around with the very helpful Alexei, we knew straight away the home we wanted and Alexei and the castles team made the process so easy and stress free (which is not what we were expecting). The transition was quicker than we had expected and we were in within two months of viewing the property! Well done Alexei!!

GoogleWe purchased a house through Castles Palmers Green, who provided a great service - in particular Alexei and James, who were very helpful, friendly and professional throughout the process.

GoogleRecently sold our house in Palmers Green through this branch. They provided a friendly and professional service and my partner and I couldn't be happier with the results. Their recommended affiliates in regards to removals and conveyancing made moving house straightforward. We were first time sellers and they handled everything from start to finish and were never more than a phone call away.

GoogleI’ve used these guys to sell and buy for many years and they’ve always worked tirelessly.

GoogleGreat service from Alexei and the team at Castles, supportive and efficient throughout, from showing me a good selection of properties suitable to my requirements to helping move the whole process along to completion quickly and simply.

GoogleJames Mulvee is a very nice guy who sold us our house in 2012 and 5 years later we chose him to sell it again. The fact that he is still there gives a refreshing permanence to what can be a high staff turnover industry. Alexei was brilliant too - he even ensured I got a last water meter reading after the property was sold. Noff (spelling?) also played a part in offering extremely useful advice. Excellent team, excellent service. Highly recommended.

Thanks Gabriel so pleased to have helped you move again. All the best.

GoogleWe recently bought a house through Castles in Palmers Green and Alexei in particular was the consummate professional - always available, helpful and never pushy as we weighed up our options before taking the plunge. He also did his best to push the very slow vendors into fulfilling their obligations and supplying the required information, but the process couldn't have gone more smoothly given that caveat. We would certainly encourage prospective sellers to have a chat with Alexei about representing them.

GoogleBoth Alexei and James at Castles Palmers Green were proactive in ensuring that our purchase went through quickly and were on hand to help out with things like meeting workmen prior to exchanging. They are very responsive to emails and phone calls. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleJames and Alexei were brilliant both on our sale and purchase. They went above and beyond on every front. Highly recommended.

GoogleAlexei De Crescenzo sold our house with great professionalism during a dip in the market. He was helpful, optimistic and unfailingly polite throughout, and always remained calm even at the most stressful parts of the process.

GoogleCastles have been fantastic at supporting us, both in terms of keeping us informed about the sale of a property we were renting and helping us to find a new rental property. Alexei worked extremely hard to find us a perfect new home. This has made the stressful period of moving so much easier. Having dealt with numerous London estate agents in the past and having some very negative experiences, I cannot recommend Castles highly enough. Supportive, professional and always a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleJames and Alexei were instrumental in helping us every step of the way as we purchased our dream home. It was efficient and professional. We're so thrilled we're moving in soon!

Google5 star estate agents.……………………… I want to say a massive thank you to Nof at Castles. Selling my first flat has been a little stressful to say the least, but Nof took over and got it all done in no time at all. I got updates all the time, and any time I had a question Nof was always available to answer it. I would highly recommend Castles they have all been very pleasant and helpful. I honestly can't thank Nof enough, he is very good at what he does that's for sure :-)
