GoogleMax was an absolute dream to work with from the moment I met him at the property for the 1st viewing through to the completion of my flat. He is honest, professional, hard working and did all he could to push through the sale of my property which I really appreciated. He also called me/ emailed me back straight away if I got in touch and advised me through my sale which was super helpful for me as a first time buyer. I would go to him straightaway without a doubt if I needed to do so in the future.

GoogleJosh at castles was great. Really got what I was looking for and found us a great flat. Super happy with our purchase. He really helped drive the process through. I would definitely recommend him especially as hes the only agent ive ever met that is actually proactive and helpful.

GoogleI am a first time buyer and Max was incredibly supportive as he was hard working when acting as my estate agent. He understood almost immediately the sort of property I was interested in. And explained each stage of the process in thorough detail which was very reassuring during - what can be - a stressful period. Max was always at the end of the phone and was considerate to both the vendor and me the buyer, facilitating good communication up until completion date. I would highly recommend him. Natasha

They were friendly, responsive, honest, and committed, found a buyer in no time, and then managed the sale process very smoothly. I was really impressed, and have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleDavid valued our house and his valuation was nearest the price we eventually got. We actually went with another agent to start with, as they had sold our property to us and were very convincing, but he rightly predicted that we'd end up back with Castles eventually - and indeed that's what happened. He kept in contact throughout the process to understand how things were going, without putting any pressure on. Max then found us a buyer and took the sale to completion, and he was helpful and proactive throughout.

GoogleWe sold our flat and bought a house with Castles a couple of months ago - Josh, Max and David were all extremely courteous, knowledgeable and diligent, and made the whole experience much more bearable! And we never got the sense they were trying to sell us something we didn't want (which is exactly the experience I've had with estate agents before).

All through the purchasing process Max was accommodating and kept us up to date on every step. Having Max involved made the complex and often frustrating task of purchasing a house run smoothly and "relatively" pain free. I would highly recommend using Max in all future property dealings

GoogleI’m finding it difficult to write this review, clumsily typing with one hand while the other tightly grips the keys to our new (dream) rental. This predicament is all down to the lovely Craig and Josh at Castles. My past experience as a tenant has taught me to view letting agents with a combination of suspicion, exasperation and a simmering loathing, so it was almost startling to encounter these two kind, friendly, thoroughly decent guys. If our experience so far is anything to go by I’m sure our tenancy will be a very pleasant one indeed. I’ve told them they are welcome to come and cartwheel with us around our home anytime they like.

GoogleDespite a frustrating time with the vendor to finally complete on the purchase of the flat in Norfolk House E8 I found Max to be polite and efficient in how he dealt with us. He returned calls promptly and was calm and clear in what he did for us. This was a very good level of service. Thank you.

We recently bought our flat with Castles and our agent Josh was a pleasure. He was tireless in nudging all the parties along and keeping everything on track. Would highly recommend for selling or buying.

GoogleSandro was fantastic, we've met a number of estate agents in our house hunt and none of them compared to Sandro. Genuinely really cared about us and finding a property we would be happy in. His communication was great, even helped along the sale by chasing relevant people. Cannot reccomend Castles and Sandro enough!

GoogleWe have just sold a house in London E5 through Castle's in Lower Clapton Road. We couldn't have had a better service, and felt that every penny of the fee was deserved. David Sipple of their office came round within 90 minutes of our first calling, brought three potential buyers round the next working day (one of whom ended up buying the property), remained exceptionally helpful, proactive and easy to contact throughout the transaction, doing things like organizing a gardening consultant's visit at short notice when a particular question came up, and gave immediate and sensible advice whenever we asked for it. We are 100% satisfied and would recommend Castle's and David to anyone.
