GoogleThey pretended to have full disclosure on very private information just to show me a property. This is completely unreasonable. And nobody should accept this imposition.

Dear Marcela, We were simply asking you to clarify basic information such as a correspondence address in order to see a property and assured this information was strictly confidential . We require basic information for all parties safety as a minimum and I even invited you to meet me in the office and to provide directly . After you putting the phone down I referred the matter to the vendor for their decision but they again agreed they do not feel comfortable with prospective buyers viewing this property without Castles having the basic information. We welcome you to view our properties at anytime but we must adhere to protecting the interest of all clients . David Sipple Branch Manager Castles Estate Agents Hackney

GoogleFantastic service, total honesty and support from the initial viewing right through to exchange and completion. Josh and David were patient and at the end of a phone at all times for us, cannot thank or recommend them enough!

GoogleGood service and quick easy sell. Great communication and help with mortgage etc. The only thing we felt was that the vendors needs were put before ours.

I am genuinely sorry if you felt the vendors needs were put before you but I would like to ensure we value the needs of both vendors and buyers at all times . The vendors of the property were developers who wanted a swift transaction after being let down by a previous buyer and were going to have kept the property if you had not moved as quickly as you did which I accredit Max with the advice and communication he gave throughout the process . When buying your first property it can be daunting proposition but Max always wanted to ensure you were kept informed and understood every stage of the process . GoogleI sold my house through Castles, having purchased it through them a few years earlier. The second time round it was a new team. David, the branch manager, was excellent and I liked him from our first meeting. We agreed a good strategy and, despite a Brexit time lag, it broadly worked. Max was my day to day contact and in charge of the sale. I had tenants in the property and they were a handful but he managed them perfectly. We got a good number through the door in the end and the right buyer was found. Good advice and customer service from both. Good fee structure as well. All round we were very pleased to have used them.

GoogleHad a very good experience with Castles. Max was extremely helpful and the sale happened swiftly. Bucking the estate agent stereotype, they were efficient without being pushy. I would definitely recommend them to others looking to sell their property

GoogleI just bought my first flat in Clapton and Josh Newton at Castles Estate Agents was a dream to work with. He and David helped me through the whole process and made it a great experience for me and the vendor. They are genuine and knowledgeable which is very rare when it comes to estate agents (I met a few bad ones in my property search!)

GoogleI had been looking to buy a new home in Hackney since September of last year and I was reliant upon upon David Sipple at Castles Estate Agents to make sure this became a reality. He did everything he could to prevent and minimise delays and on several occasions provided much needed assurance that things were progressing according to plan. Professional, caring, calm and insightful, David was always available and even provided much needed assistance after the sale had completed. There are bad Estate Agents and good ones. Castles are one of the good ones and I cannot recommend David Sipple highly enough. Regards Ms Walker

GoogleDavid went above and beyond in acting for us on the sale of our flat. It wasn't a straightforward sale and we were abroad, and he provided a great service, even meeting Council officers at the flat for us and arranging a tradesperson to do some work that was required before completion. We bought the flat through Castles too, and would recommend them to others following our good experiences.

GoogleCastles were professional and a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process of selling our home with them. David was proactive and did his upmost to make sure everything stayed on track and that everyone was informed and happy at all stages which was crucial to keeping the sale together. Was also friendly and genuinely interested which made the whole sale so much less stressful. Would highly recommend Castles and it would be the first place I would call in the area for any future sale/ purchase.

GoogleReally good experience with my flat renting. They helped me find a new property, were really flexible with the viewings appointments and the times. They were really honest and always listened to my suggestions. Really professional service and all secure. Their office in Hackney gives a great customer service and they look after you. Will definitely recommend to rent with them. Also the state agent in charge if the Renting was really nice to us, he was really patient with us and never forced us to buy or to accept the property on the viewings like many others do. At the viewing appointment, when they describe the property they were honest and they didn't hide any detail or lied to us in order to sell, like many other agents do. I didn't find no issue at all with them. I felt really secure because they look after you and are interest on your needs and what are you looking for instead of just trying to make you fit in what ever house with bad conditions. Definitely the best Estate agent I've deal with so far!!!!!

GoogleGreat guys, very good service. They kept me in the loop all the way throughout the process of selling my house and managed to get an offer over my asking price. Max went above and beyond and found me a house outside of Hackney to move in to. I Would heartily recommend them... best in Hackney.

GoogleExcellent service provided by all at Castles and particularly David. Our 'simple' purchase took much longer than expected and David was really good at chasing who needed to be chased and also keeping us informed throughout. It really helped feeling we could rely on all the team at Castles and that, as buyers, they were assisting us as much as possible.
