We were the Buyers in this transaction but Stuart, Mikhael and the team really looked after us as part of the great service they delivered. Even before we put an offer in on the house we eventually bought they took a real interest in showing us around their properties and wanting to know what we were looking for, ready to advise. I would even go as far as to say that Stuart kept our (and our Sellers) hopes alive with his positivity and expert knowledge regarding options when we thought the transaction would collapse as we hit on some snags/delays in the process. My property was rented out through Castles Lettings for four and a half years and I found them helpful and professional and able to deal with any problems that arose. Having met a couple of cowboys masquerading as reputable estate agents in Edmonton which I will not name here (please be careful) , Craig Tiller of Castles was a breath of fresh air. Professional and punctual from the outset, he answered all of my questions, as I was a first time landlord, and guided me effortlessly through the process whilst also achieving the optimum monthly rental amount. I would have no hesitation in recommending Craig and Castles and would warn others to be careful when selecting an agent from the Edmonton area. Biggest is not always best! I chose the full service package as I wanted and trusted Castles to look after the property whilst I was out of the country. Huge thanks to Craig and the team at Castles for finding me very good tenants within about 2 or 3 days of instructing them and before the property was even advertised.

As a first-time buyer Abraham and Sandro were instrumental in making the process seamless from start to finish, going the extra mile to ensure that the sale went through quickly, despite being the seller’s agent. My family have resided in Crouch End for over 60 years and we were sadly faced with selling our family home. A house that had so many treasured memories and was very close to our hearts. Choosing an agent for us was going to be difficult as we required an agent who would be completely connected to our home, who had integrity, professionalism and was equally familiar and connected with the area. From day one we met Alexei, we knew that we were in safe hands. He's very professional with his work and can give what we were looking for.
