Having switched on estate agent makes a huge difference in making things happen and that is exactly what we got. I know that Josh was excellent throughout and I particularly appreciated how he handles with all querys. Without josh this would have been difficult to deal with as first time seller and buyer he was incredibly helpful and understanding. GoogleCastles has been extremely helpful and communicative the entire time we were looking for and found a flat for rent. We had a specific set of needs that needed to be met and they did that. In particular, the agent Josh went above and beyond to make sure we found the right place and all our needs were met (multiple pets, locations etc) Josh was invaluable to us through the entire process. GoogleWe chose Castles over a number of others because Dave Sipple, who came to value the house, did not try to BS about its value and seemed to understand how to sell in this area. Once we had put it on the market with Castles Dave was courteous and professional throughout the process of viewings and offers, and then in liaising with us about the sale as it proceeded. We had a last minute hiccup at the end which Dave worked hard to resolve, being in constant touch with both the buyer and our solicitor. We were extremely pleased with the service we received. They were fantastic throughout the entire process. Unlike other agents, they weren't pushy or overbearing during our initial viewing and were really honest/knowledgeable about the property. GoogleI recently sold my flat with Castles Hackney and I'm very pleased with the service I got. The branch manager David was fantastic throughout - proactive, reassuring and, when the solicitors started getting at each other's throats, a voice of calm reason and the only person I wanted to talk to. David is very good at selling houses. He knows how to keep the process on track, how to keep all parties happy and see things through to a good outcome. I found selling my flat pretty stressful. GoogleVery happy with the service provided by Castle’s Estate Agents. I am very happy that I had Castles on my side to help with the emotional turbulence of the sale process. Bruno and George are genuine, enthusiastic and safe pair of hands. They are professional, provide excellent customer care and service, honest and transparent. I trusted their judgment, skill and experience. My property sold within 2-3 weeks of being listed. I put my property on the market during the first lockdown. Due to circumstances beyond of our control, the first sale failed. Their wealth of knowledge in this market enabled us to guide a 2nd sale to a successful completion. I received a top class service as they flexed their work practices to adhere to ever changing Government guidelines. I was relieved that Bruno was accessible and able to provide updates during the process. He also intervened during the process to progress matters, he cut through mis-communications and would chase various stakeholders to avoid further delays to the process. During this turbulent time, I was thankful that Bruno and George were a steading hand. They were incredibly helpful with advice about sale, especially within the context of an uncertain market. On the whole they have all been helpful, courteous and reassuring at every stage. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
