My wife and I were most impressed with Abraham and his staff's dedication and attention to detail. This, combined with his calm, experienced manner, produced in us a level of confidence which we rarely find elsewhere. His advice proved accurate all the way through the process of offering a house for sale and eventually concluding the deal. If we ever need the service of an estate agent again we will turn first to him. We earnestly recommend him to anyone now considering a move.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We had a great experience selling our house in difficult times (lockdown). Abraham was highly professional, very frank, honest and transparent and gave us great advice. Our house sold quickly and without issues and he went beyond the basics in helping us throughout the process. He obviously knows his market well and I would recommend his services to anyone selling in good or bad times!PositiveProfessionalism

We where taken through the whole procedure step by step. The staff are amazing, and so helpful. Nothing was to much, even calling to let us know what was going to happen next. Not a week went by that they didn’t call and let us know where we stood. I just can not recommend this Estate Agency enough. In our late 60s and everything explained to us properly, and in detail. I would recommend this Estate Agency to everyone.PositiveResponsiveness

If you’re looking for a new property I highly recommend this company as well as estate agent Oliver Webster. He was very helpful and informative during the whole process and he makes sure that he looks after his clients. It takes so much weight off your shoulders as moving house can be very stressful, so it’s always nice to find professionals that you can count on. Big thank you for the whole team.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I wanted to review Castles Estates and particularly a huge recommendation on Nancy in the maintenance department. Nancy has always been extremely responsive, supportive and professional with any maintenance issue I've had. She goes above and beyond, she really helped once when the lock on my property had an issue and locked me out. It was a bank holiday, but Nancy was able to arrange for a locksmith to come out within the hour, who was able to identify that there was an issue with the lock. Everyone has been wonderful at Castles, and made my renting experience super easy. Thanks again Castles and Nancy! :)PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I would like to thank Stuart and his team at the Edmonton branch of Castles for all of their professionalism and help in the sale of my house, with a particular thank you to Gentian for all of his help and hard work. I found Castle Edmonton to be very helpful, they arranged a large number of viewings and kept in regular contact to update me all the way through the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone with the purchase or sale of their property.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I can't recommend Castles enough. They sold my house earlier this year and were clear, friendly and most importantly to me did what they said they'll do. Stuart's initial visit to conduct the valuation was so helpful running through all the costs, not just theirs, which reassured me about the whole process. I also appreciated the considerate manner when managing the viewings and potential buyers expectations. Thank you Stuart and Michael a great team.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

From the outset Castles were brilliant to work with and after viewing houses with countless other estate agents we could really see the difference here with their knowledge and professionalism. Max made the process as painless as possible, was always easy to get hold of and kept us up to speed on every step along the way. We’d definitely go with him and them again.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

My sale just completed. Second time I've used this branch. David, Max and Josh are an amazing team. They don't set your expectations running wild like other agents will try. They're honest about pricing, give you proper feedback, and are always on hand at short notice. Don't bother wasting your time with agents who bamboozle you to get your business at inflated asking prices which will delay your sale. If you want to sell, listen to David. Highly recommended estate agency. Thanks chaps :)PositiveProfessionalism

Martin, it was pleasure. When selling property, all clients will ideally love to hear the highest price but we have to ensure we give you an honest appraisal which will then allow you to plan your move more effectively. I hope you are settling well into the new home and if you ever need any advice don't hesitate to drop me a line.

We were selling a studio apartment and choose Castles as we preferred their selling process. We got a buyer from the first round of viewings with an offer that exceeded our expectations. Although the legalities were a bit stressful a special thanks to Gentian who helped keep things moving along when things got tricky. Highly recommended.
