My home was recently sold by Castles in Palmers Green. Jay Yildirim and James Mulvee were courteous, professional, honest, informative and made the whole process of selling the house worry free, right from the time I placed the property with them right up until completion. They put the personal touch to the process and nothing was too much for them to deal with. They kept me fully informed at all times. I whole heartedly recommend them, as they go the extra mile.

Castles provided an excellent service from start to finish on the sale of my property. The valuation was accurate and I was satisfied with the final asking price. Jay Yildrim handled the selling process professionally and in a very timely fashion, while Onofrio Tona (whom I have known and dealt with for some years in buying and selling property) kept me up to speed with regards to timescales i.e when the buyer had his survey completed and finance in place. All in all Castles were very professional!

Just bought my first property and I am so luck to have found Jay from Castles Palmers Green. I actually contacted Castles to enquire about another property and Jay recommended that I viewed the one I ended up following in love with and buying. Jay was really helpful and responsive towards the whole process, at times when I needed questions answer from the vendor he acted on it straight away and never failed to respond to my emails or phone calls. I also met other members of the team and they were all friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Very professional and helpful service! Just moved into my dream flat thanks to these guys. Jay is very experienced and knowledgeable and was very helpful in giving me advice when showing me the property, and James was very responsive and helpful throughout the purchasing process to help make sure we completed in time. The worst of the worst of the worst. Lied to us, spoke down to us and made us feel guilty for things out our control, despite the fact we were buying a very expensive house through them. Would never use them myself.

I recently rented a flat with Castles and from the first connection to last check out meeting, the conduct was professional, friendly, fair and respectful. The Edmonton team communicated very well with me and the standard of service was excellent and I would not hesitate to refer them to friends or family.
