Castles were our seller's agents in our recent purchase. Sandro did such an excellent job showing us around the very first time we viewed that we fell in love almost immediately, and we cannot thank Abraham enough for all his help getting the transaction over the finish line. Although we were in a chain and had our own agents, when things got stuck in negotiations, it was Castles that came to the table with solutions, and fair concessions. Without their hard work and input, there is a good chance that the sale may have fallen through.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Selling a house is all about the individuals and both Abraham and Colin at Castles Crouch End have the combination of energy and experience to get the job done and deliver on their promises. We can’t recommend them highly enough - Abraham has the clarity and fluency to communicate to all parties what needs to happen and when; a rare talent these days. You won’t regret choosing Castles!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

When needing some advice on the local property market, many friends said to us, 'Oh, you must speak with Abraham at Castles! Nobody knows Crouch End better!' It was true, and beyond that, a total pleasure to work with Abraham, who throughout was kind, thoughtful, helpful, creative, fast-acting and knowledgeable. I now have firsthand experience of Abraham's reputation and will myself join the group of those recommending him and Castles to anyone and everyone!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I have recently exchanged on a property through Abraham at Castles and I would highly, highly recommend him! From the initial viewing all the way through the process he has been responsive, thoughtful, kind, honest and overall, a real pleasure to work with. He was a big support throughout the process which, after some pretty terrible experiences I've had with some estate agents in the past, was greatly appreciated. He is professional and always on hand to give advice and share his in-depth knowledge of the market and area. I hope to be able to work with him again in the future! Thank you, Abraham!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

As a first time buyer, Josh provided a professional service and good advice to move the process on. He made the process remarkably painless and after several months of no shows and been messed about by other estate agents , this was a revelation. David, Josh and the rest of the team at Castles are excellent! We worked with them on our house sale which completed a week ago. They really did put a huge amount of effort into keeping the process on track and never lost interest in our sale. David kept me fully informed on progress and was even contactable outside of hours in order to get everything through to the finish line. Seriously impressed. So glad we chose Castles for our sale. Thank you so much!!

I've had the pleasure of Abraham representing me in both the purchasing and selling of property and on every occasion he represents all that a professional should. His diligence, responsiveness, aptitude and honesty ensure you are in a safe pair of hands all through what can be a stressful process. His knowledge of the local area is unrivalled and he should be the first consideration when you are buying or selling in the area.
