GoogleI had an excellent experience dealing with Castles estate agents from the start of the sale of my property till the completion date. The first meeting was very professional, the details and contract of the sale were very clear, and the cost of the sale was very reasonable comparing to other local estate agents. The viewings were well organised, with minimum impact on my busy day to day work and life, as castles estate agents had the keys and organised the viewing without needing me to be around all the time. Castles managed to sell my house in record time, and I feel the prices was good to me and to the buyer as well. They know the area very well, and they have a deep understanding of the local property market. This has attracted good number of viewings which led to a good offer I accepted. Throughout, the sale process, I was getting updates from the agent, regarding any requests from the buyer and also, managed the communication between the buyer, the solicitors and myself very well and in a professional manner. Thanks Castles for your assistance
Tariq It was a pleasure dealing with yourself during this transaction. Your kind words mean the world to us. I wish you all the best for the future Stuart Gray Branch Manager

GoogleWe sold our home through Castles Estate Agents and had a very positive experience. A gentleman called Gentian came and did the valuation and arranged an open day for a week later, Gentian and his colleague Jay made all the necessary arrangements all we had to do was go out while the viewings went ahead. Happy to say we got a good offer and went through with the sale. Gentian was as good as his word and kept us updated all the way through the process. A big thank you to Gentian and Jay for a 1st class job. I would definitely recommend Castles if you are looking to buy or sell a home.
Good Afternoon Zalhe, I'm glad we was able to help you sell and I wish you and Robert all the best for the future. Kind Regards Gentian

Sandro in particular was one of the best agents we dealt with - he is very thoughtful, gracious, considered, worked so hard to get us the best outcome, and he ensured a smooth process throughout. He always went above and beyond in helping us deal with any hiccups and roadblocks in the process, we had the utmost faith in his advice. The service was outstanding and I wouldn't hesitate using them again!

GoogleVery good Customer service from Abraham and his team. We're pleased we appointed Castles in the sale of our flat and we now know, first hand, why Castles has a very good reputation in Crouch End. I'm surprised he ever gets to his appointments on time as most of the people he meets on the streets want to say hello as they've all had dealings with him over the years. Many thanks guys.
Dear Tim, Thank you for your fabulous feedback, Abraham and his team are most grateful. They have all immensely enjoyed helping you and the family with your recent sale. Abraham has been affiliated with Crouch End since 1985 and simply adores the area in it's entirely but especially it's residents. Wishing you all the best for the future and please do not hesitate in contacting us whenever required. In the meantime, Abraham looks forward to seeing you in and Crouch End for a natter :-) Team Crouch End

GoogleSergio from Castles has been excellent from start to finish with the sale of my flat. Despite some hurdles along the way - he has supported me to overcome these, and been a brilliant communicator between the buyer and myself. At one point, I was concerned that the sale of my flat was going to fall through but with some careful negotiating by Sergio, he has managed to facilitate a sale to ensure that both parties (buyer and seller) are happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend Castles (and Sergio) to sell your property.

GoogleWe had a wonderful experience buying our property through the very experienced Colin from Castle's. The purchase was by no means straightforward and Colin was brilliantly communicative, and was always available on the phone or on email. He organised damp proofing reports, acted as a vital go-between between seller, solicitors and beyond, and helped us push the sale through when we were up against it. Colin's good humour made the whole process painless even when we were pulling our hair out! So there is really no question that Castles do a very good job and I wouldn't hesitate to use them as my estate agents for any sales or purchases in the future.
Hi Rosy Thank you for posting your positive feedback, Colin is appreciative. He has immensely enjoyed assisting you and pleased that all was concluded satisfactorily. We are here to assist whenever required. Wishing you all the best for the future. Team Crouch End

GoogleMy experience with Castles Edmonton is one of the best I've had with any estate agent. I contacted them regarding renting a property & was promptly contacted by Brodie to view it. After making an offer on the place I was kept informed all the way. Sadly, the landlord went with someone else, but I was forwarded further suitable properties to keep me going. I've since found a place. I thank the Edmonton team for their professionalism, swift correspondence & friendly down-to-earth approach. It was a pleasure to have worked with them to find my new home.
Hi Lorraine, Thank you so much for your kind words! We are thrilled to hear that you had a positive experience with Brodie, we truly appreciate your feedback. All the best in your new property, if you are in need of a property in the future, we will be more than happy to help! Kind regards David Manning (Lettings Manager)
