GoogleLaura Graham handled our sale through Cassidy and Tate and we can honestly say we could never have chosen a better Agent. Laura is SO thorough. She kept us fully informed all along the way. In fact, it went so smoothly that we started to think it was all too good to be true! Over the years we have experienced many agents but this one comes out tops, couldn't have been better. We are very grateful and will always look to use this Agent in the future.

GoogleI used Cassidy and Tate to sell my home, due to needing somewhere bigger. Our property was slightly out of their usual selling area, but this was never a problem for them, they were fast and efficient. Me and my partner are always very busy with work, this never was a problem for Stuart and his team they dealt with everything for us. Couldn’t thank the team more.

GoogleCassidy and Tate have been excellent in helping us to find a rental property in St Albans. Georgia supported with booking viewings and helped us through the application and referencing process which alleviated the usual stresses of this process. They have responded, often within the hour, to any queries we have had. When we first moved in to the property there were a few things we needed attending to - their own ‘handy man’ Paul was over by the next day to resolve these for us. They are a uniquely friendly and helpful team and I would highly recommend Cassidy and Tate!!

He dealt with everything, from start to finish, with outright professionalism, empathy and a little bit of humour - which was needed at times!!
