When I put my house on the market for sale and another for let with Cassidy and Tate, I have always been so delighted with their professionalism, speed of service, and excellent customer care. The marketing brochures of your property are well beyond those of the competition as well a more detailed approach to photos and property description on line. They offer excellent honest advice and have a fantastic mortgage and financial advisor I always recommend them as the best agent in St Alband

TrustpilotExcellent service
Excellent service. Good balanced pre-marketing advice, really impressive marketing material, handled viewing (sold to first one!) well, professional approach to negotiation, well managed progression to exchange. I have since sold a property in another part of the country and I actually rang C&T for informal advice as I was so unimpressed by the local agents there! I have bought and sold a few properties and C&T stand head and shoulders above any other agent I have used.

Trustpilotexcellent professional service
excellent professional service - one of probably two I would choose in St Albans. All client viewings handled by the principals, either David or Stuart, which is not something that can always be said about other agents.

FacebookVery negative, didn’t have a good word to say about the house. The valuation was way below compared to four other agents. No confidence what so ever.
Dear Laura, Thank you for your feedback regarding the service provided to you by Cassidy & Tate. Nick Masters is the director of our Wheathampstead branch and has worked in the local village of over 15 years. Nick is very well liked and very well respected in the village for his honesty and for his knowledge of the local market. I am sorry on this occasion that your feelings and thoughts were different to Nick Masters. If you would like a second opinion then David Tate (Managing Director) who also has lived in the village for many years would be delighted to assist you if required. May I take this opportunity to wish you all the best in the future whatever path you decide to take.
