Found them to be extremely professional right from the outset, with many of the team coming out to view my property to be well informed when receiving enquires. David Tate was extremely helpful throughout and Duncan Cohen dealt with any queries immediately and worked tirelessly to get the deal done. Would highly recommend them!

I found Duncan in particular to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the market offering suggestions on how to achieve best price. I can’t recommend Cassidy and Tate highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them when selling a house. Duncan especially was great from the offset, he priced more accurately than the other agents and offered pragmatic and helpful advice throughout. The communication was excellent and far more effective than a few other agents I have dealt with. Duncan always answered his phone and worked really hard to push the sale through, acting as a facilitator to both parties and solicitors. He always remained professional and I shall always reach out to them first in the future. Thank you!

Our journey with Cassidy and Tate began when we viewed a property in our local area they were marketing. It was upon deciding to put in an offer that it made perfect sense to market our property through Cassidy and Tate. In essence we had experience of the purchaser and vendor. As with most local people they were not an agent that was known in our area. Duncan Cohen was our point of contact throughout the process. He was always helpful, polite and listened to our suggestions. Our property was marketed to a high standard with great thought and detail. The use of a professional photographer for the property was excellent and showed the house in its true light. For a number of reasons we lost our initial buyer and the property we were purchasing however we remained to market our property. As it happened another house came back on the market on the same road we were looking. In that one week we had a new buyer and an offer accepted on a forwarding property. It took a while to get there however Cassidy and Tate stuck with us all the way. We would without hesitation recommend their services to any homeowners looking to sell. Thank you Duncan and team at Cassidy and Tate. We are quite sad in some ways our journey cane to and end!! Kathryn and Tony

Great experience selling and purchasing my house. From start to finish it was a pleasant experience, which is a massive compliment to the Team at Cassidy & Tate given this should be one of the most stressful processes in life. After finding a property listed on Cassidy & Tate and getting an offer accepted, I employed Cassidy & Tate to sell my apartment. I dealt with Duncan in the team who came across very professional, likeable and knowledgeable, which was a refreshing change having dealt with other estate agents in the past. I was happy to know that Duncan would be the one hosting interested buyers. Pictures were taken of my property promptly, which turned out lovely and within a week my property was on the market. My property was only on the market for a couple of days (with only 1 day of viewings) when Duncan telephoned me to tell me I had received an offer above asking price. So within one week, I had my offer accepted on a house and another accepted on mine. Paige in the team then managed both transactions and I never felt like I had to chase her. The rest was history, I came out of it with a lot of positivity which Is unusual from some of the horror stories I hear with other estate management firms. Cant give enough praise to Duncan and the team, I will definitely be using them in the future.

When we chose Cassidy and Tate we did extensive research across the six main agents in the area. We researched previous sales, quality of marketing and met with each team to understand how they would market our house. On the combination of these factors we could see that Cassidy and Tate were our preferred choice by some margin. They understand that vendors are skeptical given the unfortunate stereotype that has evolved within this industry and go out of their way to work exceptionally hard whilst showing integrity throughout their service. Additionally we would like to point out the exceptional service that we have received from Duncan. On top of the job well done to secure an offer, Duncan worked long hours for us over many weeks between the offer being accepted and getting to exchange. He was extremely professional and polite throughout. What impressed us most was his ability to always get a response on the same day and if not the next morning. He left nothing to chance, was extremely diligent to cover all questions and actions and went out of his way to understand the full complexity of the chain we were in. Furthermore went beyond the call of duty to help us with difficult questions regarding changes in the environmental searches regarding land contamination. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cassidy and Tate; they are simply in a different league.

Our agent throughout the process was charismatic Duncan who deserves the highest of praise for his exceedingly friendly and helpful professionalism. At all times he was a pleasure to communicate with, whether by phone or by email, and he was quick to respond and always positive and proactive. Phone calls to Cassidy & Tate were always answered quickly and it was never a problem getting hold of someone to talk to; messages were also always passed on and speedily replied to.
