GoogleMark and team were extremely efficient, quick and professional in helping us sign a tenancy agreement while we were still outside UK. Mark was very accommodating and helped us get a video tour of the house. Once we confirmed, he diligently followed up and ensured the process was completed in record time. This was the quickest processing I have ever seen!! Mark and team were kind enough to help us at every stage and kept us regularly informed of any updates. This was extremely helpful considering we were in a different timezone. I also want to Thank Josh and Harvey who helped with the process as well. Thank you Mark, Josh and Harvey for all your help! You guys are the best!! If anyone is looking for the best housing agents in St. Albans, Cassidy & Tate is the place to go! Kudos to Mark and team. Keep up the good work!! Update: I finished my lease and wanted to share that the checkout process was very smooth. Cassidy & Tate were extremely professional and transparent on the deposit return- Special thanks to Ella!. For the deductions, there were very understanding and fair and helped close the process quickly and efficiently. Happy to say that this was a great experience and Cassidy & Tate stood up to the standards they claim to! I look forward to working with them in the future! I was lucky enough to work with Sarah and Georgia and can say I don’t think I’ve ever worked with two better agents, both extremely accommodating and knowledgeable of the area! GoogleWe are thinking of selling our home later in the year and asked for some market advice from Graham Coton at Cassidy and Tate, so we were well prepared He was very honest, and he gave us some very sensible and honest thoughts on how best to proceed We are following his advice to the letter and getting the house ready and will ask Cassidy and Tate to act for us shortly The other agents we asked for advice were more interested in pushing us to market our home immediately for their benefit It was refreshing to meet an agent who wanted to act in our interests! Highly recommend.
