GoogleI'm really grateful I chose Cassidy and Tate. Their approach was always straightforward and honest, no sales pitch, no inflated valuations. The completion process was bumpy due to the buyer's solicitor, but Duncan and Tracie were there every step of the way, managing the situation and offering constant support. Highly recommend!

Completely professional, calm and reassuring under pressure and, in our opinion, held the chain together, communicating with all parties involved to keep everyone fully informed. Duncan's guidance and approachability was second to none, he is a complete asset to the company and would recommend him completely if you are buying and/or selling a house in the area.

I dealt with Cassidy and Tate over the last four years, mainly with Stephen Malyon at the Marshalswick Branch, St Albans, in relation to a rental property. In the time I've known Stephen he came across with a professional manner, helpful and always communicated well. I experienced a number of issues with the tenants /tenancy in the last year of rental, whereby Stephen was always on hand to give advice and attend house visits if needed. I would highly recommend him and his team at Cassidy & Tate.

If there is a 0 star, I would choose that. I dealt with their St Albans branch. We rented one of the properties they advertised. We occupied the property for 3 years, had a good relationship with landlord, but notice was sent due to few issues. When tenancy ended, we had been chasing for the house deposit but our request was ignored. All issues were settled with landlord since February 26 2025 and Stephen Maylon only released the deposit March 28 2025. He is very poor in communication and not replying to emails. He only released the deposit when I called their office and asked for the email to where to send my complaint to, as it is not indicated on their website.

GoogleI would like to thank Cassidy & Tate at Marshalswick for selling my house with a special mention to Graham Cotton and Tracie Phillips for their communication skills. Graham kept me up to date regularly and even went out of his way to call me one evening to update me on the exchange as he knew i was worried and wanted to put my mind at ease. I am delighted that we have finally reached an exchange on my property after a number of buyers let me down with another agent. I would be happy to recommend Cassidy and Tate, and if I was looking to buy or sell again in the future, then I would definitely use them again.

GoogleExcellent and supportive service from this estate agent with regards to lettings and rental. It's not often that a state agents get good reviews for this service in the current climate and rental market, but I can honestly say that Sarah at Cassidy and Tate went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to rent the property I wanted and that was suitable for me. A very professional and personable service and I would highly recommend to anybody else who is looking for lettings support or purchasing a property in the Hertfordshire area. Five stars ⭐
