GoogleMy experience with capital estate agents was/is very satisfying. Right from the start they put client satisfaction as their primary objective. My contact was Ryan and I found him to be honest, patient and very efficient at providing professional service. You could easily sense the level of respect and professionalism with which the staff conduct their daily routine. Calls are returned on time, queries and issues are addressed and resolved with delicacy. I would very much recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great tenancy experience.

GoogleWe brought our house from Capitol. From the offer being agreed to completion was SIX WEEKS and that was during the second Covid lock down. There was no chain which helped but that doesn't detract from the fact that Paul at Capital is an estate agency ninja and his team are brilliant its that simple!! GoogleI purchased my house from Capital Estates, and was really amazed by the professionalism and personal touch demonstrated by the Sidcup team, Lisa in particular. Their team were always available to talk things through or push matters forward. They were very knowledgeable about both the property I was purchasing as well as the process of buying in general - this was great as I was a first time buyer. During the pandemic, when things went wrong, Lisa and the team were always available to sort them out. They really went above and beyond in helping our lawyers close out issues. GoogleVery pleased with the level of professionalism and communication from the start of putting the house up for sale through to completion. Paul ( who I assume was the branch manager) valued the property on the Monday. Photographer arrived on the Tuesday Property uploaded to their website together with Rightmove etc on Wednesday 6 offers received by Saturday morning Agreed the sale by Saturday evening. From then on Lisa guided us through to exchange of contracts, with regular telephone calls and emails. I can’t praise Capital high enough for guiding us through a process we’ve not done for 25 yearsPositiveQuality
