GoogleEfficient and professional service when there were problems in our newly rented flat from Capital. We called in problems with the hot water and boiler, and engineers were sent straight away with no questions asked. Very rare to get such straightforward service in the rental sector.

GoogleWhen I thought of letting, ‘Capital’ is the first estate agency that went into my mind. I had a property which required renovation before letting out and I wanted a hassle free process. ‘Capital’ is the only estate agent provides this service at a reasonable cost. They have an in-house decoration team to do the whole job in every little details, providing professional advice from start to finish. Information was updated frequently to keep me informed. Most importantly, they are available whenever you need them, and the property was let to a ‘gold’ rated tenant within weeks after the renovation. It is an estate agency that I will highly recommend, if you want ‘professional, passionate, friendly and helpful’ team, you don’t need to find further, go to ‘Capital’!
