GoogleI rent a property from capital estates I had a urgent maintance issue on weekend tried to contact branch but no answer but had a contact in emails used this and a lovely lady named Izzy responded She was not working the weekend but took this on , she went above and beyond maintaining contact throughout the weekend checking on me and my daughter arranged a contracter for Monday who completed the work to a high standard Izzy was a star, helpful and a member of staff I hope you retain I hope she will be recognised for this out of hours help, she truly deserves it Thankyou Izzy and capital J.dasilva

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic experience from beginning to end from Jenna and then Lisa. There was a really sense of urgency at all times to get my property sold, keep me updated in the sales process and chase as required at all times. What i really loved about Captial was thw non sales pitch approach when I was looking to find an estate agent. Jenna was purely focused in customer service and in the days leading up to completion Lisa kept in contact all the time. Highly recommended

GoogleI rent from capital estates ,after having a maintance issue over weekend I tried to make contact without success then remembered email address I had so tried this, a lovely lady came back Izzy who was not working the weekend but went above and beyond to help me ,she arranged a contracter to attend Monday who came and fixed the problem Izzy maintained contact throughout the whole weekend checking in if my daughter and me were ok ect This lady was exceptional in her customer service and hope you retain this member of staff ,she deserves lots of praise for attention, attitude and all round great service , cannot thank her enough Thankyou Izzy Kind regards Joe dasilva

GoogleI honestly cannot recommend Jenna highly enough! From the very beginning, her professionalism, efficiency, warmth, and genuine care stood out. In my opinion, estate agents make an agency, and Capital Estates are incredibly lucky to have Jenna. She has been absolutely monumental in making my house move possible. I initially chose Capital Estates because of Jenna. Her knowledge, responsiveness, and reassuring approach gave me complete confidence that if I was going to list my property with anyone, it would be with her. What has amazed me most throughout the process is how proactive and efficient she has been. When I made the decision to list my property, Jenna arranged for the photographer on the very same day. There has never been a moment when she hasn’t responded quickly, kept me informed, or gone above and beyond to keep things moving. She was fantastic at liaising with my buyer, making negotiation feet straightforward and stress-free, while also encouraging and reassuring me throughout what can be a very emotional and challenging process. She has always been accommodating, arranging multiple viewings and helping with anything that was needed along the way. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble, and her dedication, communication, and genuine investment in achieving the best outcome have made all the difference. GoogleIf you are looking to rent out your property I’d highly recommend Capital. Since working abroad we’ve entrusted two companies with the house we love and Capital stand head and shoulders above their market competitor. Always professional, and quick to respond when the usual and unusual repairs come up. They really kept our sanity intact when our insurance company dragged their feet dealing with a legitimate claim. For us ensuring our house remains safe and enjoyable for the renters is really important. The team deal with repairs in a drama free way, which takes away the stress. They have always sourced new tenants swiftly and communicate the process and provide excellent timely updates. The team really work as a team and we’ve had excellent service from everyone - Rob, Jack, Ryan, Derek, Hannah, Chloe, Liberty, Lisa - apologies if I’ve missed someone! We’ve had communications from them during weekends, bank hols and even during their own holidays abroad. Nothing is too much trouble for this team.

GoogleNOT A FAKE REVIEW. Thanks for your concern. Worst company I have ever experienced in the 47 years of my life. Had the most disgraceful conversation with Rob who was aggressive, condescending and dismissive. I had previously let 3 properties through them and wouldn't now trust them with finding me a stapler. Avoid!

This is a fake review. We have no one at all close to the name on our date base you pretend to be. We have not lost any properties at all by the way as you say. Also, how you contacted and spoke to Rob is fairly amazing as he doesn't work in this office or the Bromley office and only oversees the company as MD. Why put up a review like this when its fairly obvious its a fake review out to harm our business. Perhaps you could spend more time creating your own real account.

What truly stood out was the team’s proactive and flexible approach. GoogleWhat an amazing Estate Agents! From the initial communication with the team at Sidcup all the way to completion of the sale they were professional, well informed and an absolute delight to deal with. Lisa, the branch manager, was always available to take my call, was always able to answer any queries and was always happy to deal with both my own and the buyer’s solicitors. She was also well supported by Liberty and Chloe. I seriously cannot recommend Capital Estate Agents enough.
