GoogleJoe just recently helped us sell our house. It was the most smooth stress free process. From when our house went on the market to it being sold by Joe in a matter of days. Joe always kept us updated with the next steps and always at hand to answer any of our questions or queries. Everything was honestly taken care of and we will ask for Joe & Capital Estate Agents of Bromley for our assistance In the future. Can’t reccomend enough! Thank you!

GoogleCapital Bromley was by far the worst estate agent I have dealt with. As a young landlord I felt like Joe and his team took advantage of this and gave me a tenant who they said was a good tennant but unfortunate it took me and my partner 5 years to evict. Communication with this team is awful, I would have to chase up every other day and I would get told I would get a call back but never did. If your a young landlord I would avoid as they would take advantage of you. I had to look at a third party company to finally get my tenant out. This company should be ashamed of themselves. Avoid if you can!!!!

GoogleCapital Estates (Bromley) were excellent with regard to all aspects of our house sale. The communication was always honest, timely and Capital (Joe) handled both parties involved we feel with great care. Our house sale was rather complicated, but Joe was the perfect intermediary in getting the sale over the line.

Rob was knowledgable and professional and gave us confidence that he could find a buyer, which he did, in a short space of time. GoogleWe bought our house through Capital in February 2021 (viewings during second wave of Covid - they were rightly so strict with rules). It was a really straightforward process and I found them to be efficient and good at sharing the information we needed. Lisa was always on the ball and made sure to keep pushing for the earliest possible exchange and completion date (shame our buyers were so slow!!). The whole team were always on hand whenever I called. The new home gift pack was a nice touch. Thank you team!

GoogleCapital Estate Agents managed my rental property (and the subsequent sale of it) for almost ten years. I can honestly say that their service was excellent throughout that whole period. Paul (Sidcup) and Katie (Bromley) went above and beyond the call of duty on a regular basis. They were always professional, friendly and easy to deal with, plus the pricing was very competitive. I would certainly recommend them to anybody considering selling or renting their property. In fact, I did just that to a friend who’d already had three agents view his rental property. He then decided to give the business to Capital.

GoogleI would never recommend! We've been through a lot with this estate agent. From moving into the property with my newborn and the boiler not working for days. To not having a working microwave for over 6 months. The process of renting this place was awful. There was such a lack of communication. The staff and rude including the manager. There was actually a point where the manager was blocking my husbands calls when concerned about having a newborn in a home without heating. I called him with a friends phone and he answered the call shocked. I could say more but will leave it here. Again, I would never recommend!

GoogleProfessional, supportive, knowledgeable, honest and friendly are the words that come to mind when I think of the service I received from Joe and his team at Capital Estate Agents, Bromley. Joe kept me updated and was responsive from the first contact to the time when we were chasing the buyer for completion. Nothing seemed to be an inconvenience when I contacted Joe for an update on the status of the sale of my property in Hill House Mews. A potentially stressful journey was made smoother by the can-do attitude that the team displayed. I chose Capital Estate Agents after recommendation from a neighbour who had tried to sell her property unsuccessfully with several of the other estate agents in the area. Capital were the only ones who succeeded. The team at Capital Estate Agents dealt with the viewings and ensured prospective buyers were shown not only the property but the private grounds at the location. In particular I would like to mention, Harry for his enthusiastic approach during this process. I cannot thank Joe enough for his professionalism and integrity at all times. I would highly recommend the Capital estate Agents and Joe Mourat.
