GoogleWhen we bought our first house, Joe from Capital Estates was brilliant. He helped as much as he could and his advice was priceless (not surprising since he has been the industry veteran with over 18 years of experience).. When the time came to move up in the property ladder, it was a no-brainer to contact Joe. However, we wanted to get comparisons so we have invited a bunch of estate agents to value our house. Out of all of them, Joe and Capital Estates were the only ones we wanted to go with, not only because of the experience but also because of the tech and the support they've offered. Any question, no matter how big or small was important and replied to, Joe has given us fantastic advice and helped us through this usually stressful period to make it calm and efficient. GoogleWe viewed a rental property and put in an offer and was assured by the lettings team that everything would be ok for go ahead. After that we heard nothing for 5 days ! Ignoring calls and emails. It’s just unprofessional and rude. And then was met with a poor excuse about not getting the property. Wasted my time completely and was really frustrating as we loved the property. The lettings manager just blatantly ignored and avoided us for whatever reason and kept being told he would email and call to let me know and never did. Not given me much faith in this estate agents sadly.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe bought a property in the pandemic time without viewing the property based on Capital's verbal descriptions and property pictures. Until the completion date we haven't viewed the property. GoogleI recently purchased a property through Capital, Joe was superb in securing it for me, and very patient with the snail pace it was progressing at, Due to the excellent care and communication from Joe and Harry too, I was more than happy to have Capital Let and Manage that same property. Harry comes with so much enthusiasm and nothing was ever too much hassle for him. Joe kindly provided a competitive rate and added in perks which was a deal breaker for me. GoogleFairly average estate agent, not great at getting back to you about issues and not much consistency between different staff. Were helpful when we had issues at the start of the tenancy with inconsistencies with the inventory and problems with paying the deposit.
