Andy did an amazing job and went above and beyond! Really nice and polite with a great sense of humour. Can’t fault the job expertly finished and left the house lovely and tidy. Also extremely cheap to run not a brew drunk or biscuit consumed!

My Partner and I are looking for a new home and came across CALA and went to see a new home on their site at Weston Turville. We meet Sue who was in Sales, what a lovely lady, nothing was too much trouble showed us around a few examples of the houses on site, which were beautiful lots of space high spec, exceeded our expectations, unfortunately the right one was not available to us currently, but we are keen to stay looking with CALA because we had a great experience with the sales team, full of information and transparency and tempting deals but also exceptional quality homes. We really appreciated all your help. Thank you.

Trustpilot👍 Can’t fault the service we have received on site.
We’ve been living at Cala, Rivermead, Alton for six months now, so feel we can leave a meaningful review. The sales office and site staff have been brilliant from day one. They are friendly and helpful. We are enjoying seeing the site develop and everyone seems to go out of their way to make sure we aren’t inconvenienced by the building work around us. Dustin has looked after us brilliantly. Mike, Lewis and their crew have too. David always has a smile for us when we are finding our way through the site. We feel very lucky to be part of something which already feels like home. Thank you!

Cala Home goes above and beyond to ensure that their customers are well taken care of, providing an unparalleled level of support that is often hard to come by in today's market.I look forward to continuing my journey as a satisfied customer.

Both salespeople-Lisa and Jo were very helpful and friendly .I would like to add that I have been looking at apartments in Southbank Aberdeen for about a year and Lisa has been with me all the way. Several obstacles prevented me from acquiring the flat I wanted and Lisa couldn’t have been more friendly and understanding , helping me in every and any way she could. Finally circumstances allowed me to reserve one of the Cala apartments in Southbank. I can now relax and look forward to living in a beautiful place close to my daughter , who is already enjoying living in one of your gorgeous flats

TrustpilotFantastic experience so far…
We have not yet reserved a home with Cala but are currently going through the PX process on their development in Benson. The customer service we have received to date has been outstanding. We firstly spoke to Annie who was so helpful explaining everything and arranging a viewing of the plot for us. Sue then showed us the property and started the PX application process and was absolutely amazing. Everything progressed quickly and easily and she was so so lovely every time I spoke to her and I could see how hard she was trying to make things work for us. We have since been in contact with Belinda who has also been fantastic in answering all of our questions and arranging another viewing for us. We really hope the PX works out but even if it doesn't I wanted to say how fantastic everyone has been so far.
