Had Steve Thomas around today doing some snagging that’s covered under the 2 year, no quibble warranty with Cala Homes. There’s been a few visits to correct some minor faults or adjust doors/windows etc and today was, as all the visits have been. Absolutely perfect. The Cala employed team of maintenance personnel are absolutely brilliant. Every one, particularly Steve today take so much care and pride in the work they do it really shines through in the finished job. They’re a real credit to Cala, nothing is too much trouble, they go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. Thanks very much Steve. 5*’s

Joiner Experience

Andrew Galloway came out to sort one job and helped sort nearly the whole house. Andy went above and beyond for the whole time he was here. Even helping tidy up and hoover after the carpet fitters had left our property. Everything was completed in a timely and professional manner with respect and understanding. I would not hesitate to recommend Andy to anyone for joinery jobs as his level of service was exceptional.

We had some wall surface flaking issue and he responded promptly. 3 layers of coating to each of damaged areas and 2 layers of painting after sanding. Cala say that they care about their customers, what a load of rubbish that is. I have to use a mobility scooter to get around & because there are no facilities for charging mobility scooters the sales team were all for me getting rid of my scooter, they did not seem to care that by getting rid of my scooter would take away my independence making me virtually housebound.
