From the first contact with the team at Cedar Brae, Laurence and Sarah, we were made to feel like we were in safe hands. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating with us, especially being first time buyers and the stress and worries that come with that. Throughout the process from first viewing all the way to completion we were kept up to date with progress of our home and were made to feel like we were never a burden when we had questions. Laurence and Sarah’s warm presence and genuine care for their clients made our whole experience exciting and memorable. Even after moving into our home, they still check in to see if we need anything from them or Cala. Thank you guys so much!

We had absolutely excellent service from Lizzi Hanson at the Aurs Meadows site in Scotland. She was personable, charming and friendly, but we were particularly impressed by how empathetic she was to our needs and then very imaginative in finding solutions. We were ultimately in a situation comparing apples with pears, a beautiful, new, well designed house on this scheme versus an older property in an area closer to our daughter. We ultimately opted for the latter, but it was a close run thing. I could not fault the customer service given to us on this occasion.

Joiner Experience

Andrew Galloway came out to sort one job and helped sort nearly the whole house. Andy went above and beyond for the whole time he was here. Even helping tidy up and hoover after the carpet fitters had left our property. Everything was completed in a timely and professional manner with respect and understanding.
