I had a soft-closing toilet seat not working properly and informed Cala Homes customer services of the need for replacement. Both Alexandra from the CS and Eric Muzaci who brought the part for replacement are helpful. Eric helped the installation in 3 seconds and massive thanks to him.

We had a particular disappointing experience with the fridge freezer supplied by Bosch in our new Cala house. We turned to Cala for help and although we had purchased the house some 2 and a half years ago it was speedily sorted. A really excellent out come. Thank you Cala

We’ve been really luck with our house (touch wood), no major snags and anything that did crop up was fixed within a week. Tom was very good during our first month of moving in great communication and got everything resolved quickly.Can’t fault Cala and Tom they have both been great, Remus the team that look after our estate however are quite the opposite, we’ve been chasing for a year and have got no where with them

We have found TOM has an excellent approach when providing customer service and has excellent rapport with customers.HE goes out of his way to try and help in any which way he can . Also does contact out of hours to let us know some timings of a contractors visit

My partner and I have had a really enjoyable experience with Cala Homes since buying our first home in September 2023. We absolutely love our home and have had very few issues at all (especially as it is a new build property!) We had a few minor problems within the first couple of weeks of moving in but Tom Porter went above and beyond to make sure these issues were solved as soon as possible and we can’t thank him enough for all his help. Overall a really good experience and would highly recommend Cala to anyone looking to buy a new build property.

We bought a Cala home after hearing they had a reputation as a quality builder with excellent customer service. Unfortunately this has not been the reality. The standard of workmanship in the house is extremely poor. There is barely a straight wall in the house. Almost 2 years after getting the keys, we are still waiting for a damaged bath to be replaced (they’ve tried to deliver 2 more damaged ones in that time). We’ve witnessed them bribing contractors we were paying for other work, by offering alcohol in return for these contractors completing snagging work which Cala didn’t want to do. It has been a tiresome process battling to get Cala to resolve often minor issues. I’ve taken days off work, only for nobody to show up when arranged. Meetings with customer service managers have achieved next to nothing. Buying a new home from Cala has been a stressful and entirely unenjoyable experience which we’d never repeat again

We recently noticed some water marks on the ceiling in our En Suite. Eric came to investigate these marks. He put new dust sheets down on the floor before he began. He made a great job of the ceiling, cleaning up and making everywhere clean and tidy. Eric’s work is very professional and such a polite man.
