TrustpilotCala Customer Service
So Cala are still as useless as ever! They're refusing to attend to my front and back door issues even though they have a 10 year warranty and the contractor was out 3 weeks ago to look at the warped door! My rear door won't close correctly either leaving my property insecure at times. I'll get my own contractor out and pass on the bill. Ive had enough of their useless non existent customer service. I have now involved the NHBC for the third time to get them to action repairs - not such a 5 star builder once they have your cash! @cala.co.uk

Dear Emma, We are very sorry to read your review and for the delayed response. Unfortunately, our warranty states that issues must be raised within 2 years after legal completion. Although yours has ended, please be assured our contactor has looked into these issues for you, however as these are not due to a manufacture’s defect, they are not covered by their guarantee. We sincerely apologise that this may not be the answer you would have hoped for. Please reach out to your regional customer service team if you require any further information. Kind regards, Cala

GooglePoor quality & finishing. Taking months to complete snags still not finished and i keep chasing them. They allow their contractors to park in front of residence causing nuisance. I don't recommend them.

TrustpilotFlawless Experience
Over the past 2 months my husband and I have enjoyed our experience viewing various new Cala homes in Linlithgow. A very big personal thank you goes to Susan and Caroline who looked after us and couldn’t have been more helpful. They were extremely knowledgeable and patient when it came to answering the many questions we had. We never felt pressured in any way, nothing was too much trouble and they always went the extra mile. Their friendly and relaxed approach is a credit to them both.Although we haven’t, as yet, found the right Cala home for us our intention is to keep searching as we are very impressed with the quality and service this company provide.
