The whole experience from first visiting the site to final purchase was made easy by Laura Comerford and Chloe Dallanegra, both of whom were charming, helpful and responsive. The Cala build is great and we can see that the follow-up necessary with a new build will be dealt with efficiently over the coming period.

18 months in...

We have lived in our house for 18 months now and I am disappointed to say that we still have outstanding snags to be rectified.What I will say is that we had Kyle at our house today, to make right some of the snags, and he went above and beyond to do the best job he could, and even completed some jobs that were not on his list, to which we are very grateful. If I could give Kyle 5* I would but the review is about Cala as a builder.*UPDATE*I provided the details of our property as requested over 2 weeks ago and I am disappointed to say that not one of our outstanding snags has been rectified.For info, we bought a 4 bed detached home on the Ayletts Green development in Kelvedon, Essex.
