All of the members were helpful, kind and supportive along the whole journey of moving house. From reserving the property, to printing paperwork and dropping off gifts on moving day. The mugs spoons and coffee was very kind! The Cala home hand towel gave that extra touch. The site team are also amazing and very fast to act to ensure all is correct with the house. 10/10

We have recently purchased a beautiful new Cala home in Hitchin. Sue & Susie in the Sales office offered exceptional customer service in respect of the level of help, process management and advice provided. We could not have expected more. Their understanding of our requirements and willingness to guide us through buying process made our journey free from worry and stress.Their knowledge of the site, the house we were buying and the Cala procedures enabled us to be fully informed about everything. All our questions were answered efficiently.At every stage of the buying process they provided reassuring support. Just purchased a new flat from Cala Homes in Kelvedon and have to say the service from first meet to completion and beyond has been exceptional! We are moving to a different country and our son is remaining in England. Cala Homes have high quality homes supported with professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. James, Hannah, Daisy, Matt and Orlando went above and beyond expectations and feels more like family than a sales team. Assurances have been met and all is in place to ensure a smooth move forward from purchasing to ownership. Hand holding at all stages and processes and it continues way beyond the point of money exchanging.We have looked at many new builds but Cala wins hands down for both quality of build- environmentally and cost efficient and staff knowledge and expertise.The welcome package was just an added extra of the whole team going above and beyond.Feels like I’m leaving my “baby”with his own surrogate family.

We have reserved the house in Gilchrist garden development by Cala. Fraz and Lynsey (sale consultants) were absolutely amazing. I really appreciated the time they spend answering all of our questions. We never felt forced or rushed to make any decision regarding buying the house. They also arranged home demonstration , where Fraz went through the high specifications for the house and made sure that we know everything about our reserved home. In addition to good build quality of Cala homes it was assistance of Fraz and Lynsey which made the whole experience so nice.

From the beginning of the process. It was entirely seamless. Allan Taylor who came in on the scheduled date for fix the skirting board came on the exact time as agreed. I am glad to buy a house in Cala Homes by Southbank development. The quality of the house is amazing and the throughout journey towards the buying process with Cala Homes sales personal is very wonderful. I would like to extend my thanks to Ms. Liza Watt, who handled from Cala Homes sales point of view and she is very much helpful and professional. Also, I would like to thanks the site manager team Mr. Neil and Mr. Ben, who was very professional and supportive in terms of first 14 days snag clearance to my house.Only one thing in the house which could not fulfill my expectations that however the house made for Disabled compatible, but if you have any disabled family member, who can not take the stairs to use main bathroom upstairs, for them there is no provision to change the downstairs WC into wet room or shower room.

A Quality Build and Excellent Service

Fiona and I had been looking for a while at different new house builders. After seeing many houses around the Aberdeen area we settled on CALA at Craibstone. We particularly liked the build quality and the extras that came as standard. We initially met with Caitlin and could not be more reassured that we had made the right choice of house builder. Caitlin happily showed us numerous properties and we settled on a Kennedy style. We were very fortunate that Caitlin realised that we were experienced property owners and let us view our plot during the construction. This led to an 8 month partnership with Caitlin, Ross and Mark which allowed us to personalise our build and internal fittings. Throughout the whole process we felt valued and nothing was too much bother which we really appreciated and ultimately resulted in our new home. We are delighted with the end product and the team at Craibstone. We would not hesitate to recommend CALA, particularly for; build quality, finishings, after care service and the personal touches that make a new house a forever home. Please thank Caitlin, Ross and Mark for all their help over the past 8 months.

I have to say, that I have no complaints at all with the way Cala behaved. Thoroughly professional and better still they were friendly and helpful throughout. My main interface was the two ladies running the on-site Sales Office, Amanda and Nicola. They were excellent ambassadors for Cala and made the whole process the success that it was.
