I went to view a property today at Earl’s Rise. Sadly there were only 2 properties left, neither of which were suitable for me but Meg was amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful! She filled me in on other Cala availabilities and I will be keen to find a plot somewhere else.

TrustpilotSaltcoats Grange Gullane
We recently bought a Cala home at Saltcoats Grange (Gullane) and the experience start to finish, was absolutely amazing. We initially dealt with Laura and Debbie who were great.Danny (site manager) is absolutely fantastic and you know your new home is in extremely safe hands with him overseeing the build. He was always on hand to answer any technical questions we had and he was so thorough. Chloe (sales) joined Cala after we reserved our home and then looked after us during the rest of the process. Chloe was so helpful and went above and beyond for us on so many occasions to ensure we had all the answers we needed and had the best experience possible. Chloe is an absolute asset to Cala! I cannot thank the Cala team enough for the great service they provided throughout our whole journey. They really do know how to provide the right customer care. Leonie & Todd

TrustpilotTop service @ Cala Homes
Although I did not end up buying with them or with anyone else at this point I time the customer service I received at Cala Homes roseberry Wynd was outstanding. The did evrything I asked if them in terms of getting me a deal I wanted and kept me updated throughout. At no point I felt pressured and took my time in deciding. Other builders should learn from Cala. A huge thank you to Sharon and Izabella. Thank you both.P.S: I am still looking for a place.

TrustpilotVery great company
Very great company, their ability to interact with customers is top notch. Met Karla (Not sure if I spelt that right😭) and Paul on 27/07/24 at around 16:30 for a house viewing. Paul took us round and into the house giving one of if not the best tour I’ve ever had while searching for a house. He explained everything in good detail and after we got back we spoke to Karla about every other thing and she was such a lovely lady. The houses there are exquisite and the best I’ve seen at their price point. The surroundings are absolutely lovely and the thought gone into construction and everything to the most minute detail is outstanding. Great experience and will love to be getting a house from them (branch in Chelmsford)

TrustpilotCala Homes & Lisa Ramsay, Ockford Park, Godalming
Lisa Ramsay has been absolutely outstanding in supporting us in our new purchase of Cala Homes in Ockford Park Godalming, She was always very attentive, very helpful and went out of her way to esnure we had all the right information to make our decision. We are extremely glad that we purchased a Cala home and it was with the support from Lisa that really helped us make the decision but also realise the hard-work and commitment she made in making our life easy during the actual completion and move into our new home. Please ensure she gets this feedback as I cannot stress enough on how important she was in supporting our decision. She really made our lives easy and I would highly recommend her and her leadership in your organisation.

TrustpilotCALA Operative Lee was Fantastic
Cala sent round one of their operatives, Lee, to do some of the snags. He did a brilliant job, went through the bits he was doing so we were in the loop and gave us some tips too. Worked around us with no faff or hassle. Really pleasant and polite. If we get any problems, we hope they send him out again!
