If you ever have Will or Nick looking…

If you ever have Will or Nick looking after your repairs you will be completely satisfied. Whether that is having a discussion about the problem and how to fix it, being onsite early, preparing for the fix, being polite professional and considerate of you and your home, all the way to completion of the repair/fix. These two gentlemen are real ambassadors for Cala and are the very best at what they do. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you Will and Nick

Excellent service from painter.

This is a review directly for the painter, Garry Carlyle, who attended our property in Edinburgh to fix paint work in the bathroom. He was friendly, worked efficiently and finished the job to a high standard. He had to return the following day and did so at the time he had told me. Garry made sure I inspected the work before he left so he knew I was happy. Top class service from Garry.

We recently purchased our first home at…

We recently purchased our first home at the Farendon Fields site built by Cala Homes, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience. The quality and attention to detail in the construction are exceptional, and the home is filled with fantastic features that have made settling in an absolute joy.A special shout-out to Matt, who went above and beyond to assist us with any issues or concerns. His dedication and tireless support made the entire process much smoother. We also want to commend the sales team, especially Caroline and Annie, for their kindness and for looking after us so well throughout our home-buying journey. We did encounter one member of the sales team who was a bit pushy, particularly as first-time buyers making such a significant decision. However, this was a minor hiccup in what was otherwise a very positive experience.Overall, Cala Homes have been terrific. We absolutely love our new home and wouldn't hesitate to consider Cala again for any future purchases.

I have been lucky enough to have Will attend our property a few times in the last 12 months to complete snagging work. His work is always of great quality. He also goes over an above answering one of a hundred questions I tend to have when he is over.He is super friendly as well which is a great bonus when you have someone in your home for long periods of time.We have sometimes had issues with Cala since moving into our new build and times have been challenging. However the standard of service that Will provides makes up for some of those challenges.Thank you for everything you have helped us with over the months. You are an absolute asset to your company!

CALA DESTROY HISTORICAL BUILT HERITAGE FOR PROFIT AND DON'T CARE!

Wanton destruction of grade B listed structure on site with contractor backfilling NON structurally retained Grade B lime mortar rubble wall encircling whole site resulting with the Council having to erect a butress to prevent it from falling AND KILLING pedestrians in the ajoining park. Pedestran ramp contructed TOTALLY CONTRAVENING THE BUILDING REGULATIONS AND THE REGULATIONS QUOTED IN THE PLANNING APPLICATION. NO SITE SUPERVISION OF SUB-CONTRACTORS RESULTING IN DESTROYING LISTED STRUCTURES! DO NOT BUY CALA THEY ARE RUBBISH!Rubbish reply - you've been contacted numerous times by residents, the Member of Parliament and a Cllr from Edinburgh Council and you flatly ignore requests! As I said RUBBISH in every respect! DON'T BUY CALA UNLESS YOU WANT STRESS AND DEFECTIVE CONSTRUCTION WORK!
