Gold Standard

Cala has a gold-standard approach to service. The professionalism, communication and effectiveness of Fraz and the team is excellent. We are still in the purchase stage of the process, but the quality of the show homes indicates that our future home will be a great place to be. Over the years we have had several new homes. Cala tops the list for buyer experience compared to all the other house builders we have bought from.

Sarah at Fernleigh Park was fantastic!

Sarah at Fernleigh Park was absolutely fantastic. We visited yesterday and couldn’t be happier. Sarah took her time with us, explained all about the development and the surrounding area. We then were able to visit the show home, without a time limit. Nothing was too much trouble. We were also able to view the plot currently being built which was really special. We’re excited to continue the process with Sarah @ Cala and we would highly recommend the whole team. Thanks so much Sarah!

Cala Homes Bucklers Park

I honestly cannot fault Cala homes, from the lovely sales ladies Abby, Michelle, Jo and Lucy, to my customer service representative Hardeep to the site manager George and the maintenance operative Lee. The process of buying my house was completely seamless. Stress free, honest and a very customer friendly professional company. The few snags i had were sorted within a few weeks of me moving in, most by 1 lovely man and nothing was too much, at a time convenient to me and it has just been a really smooth and timely process. The care and attention to detail they put into each house is amazing and the ongoing site work has continued with minimal disruption to me. This company honestly go above and beyond and I'm so happy i chose to buy a Cala home!

Katie for the win!

We walked into Cala Homes in Lancing with really not much of an idea but from the start Katie took us under her wings. She is professional, genuine and extremely personable. She works in an individual way which expresses herself and her character making the process exciting and less rigid like any other buying/renting a home process. She is always happy to answer questions and nothing comes across as a problem. Katie has been extremely accommodating and it has been a breeze and pleasure to buy a home with her guiding us. She is a credit to your team - her positivity and personality make her such fun and it’s great she has lead us through this process so perfectly. Thank you Katie for allowing us to flow through this journey!

Cala Homes West Craigs Review

We have only amazing things to say about the team at Cala Homes West Craigs in Edinburgh. Lisa, Robert, Jennii, and Louise have all been amazing from the start. We turned up at the showhome (without an appointment, which we should have made), and luckily Jennii had a spare moment to show us around. This was extremely appreciated and really got us excited about looking at Cala homes. She was very informative about the whole process and the options and offerings available. From reservation, the whole team were extremely helpful in answering however many questions that we had, and keeping us up to date with the progress of our home. Always happy, smiling and welcoming, the team really made us feel at ease, as being first-time buyers, we probably asked a lot more questions than normal! The moving-in day was extremely smooth and thank you to Cala for the lovely welcome gifts. We are now four days into our lovely new Cala home and looking forward to making many memories here. We are so glad we chose Cala as our building developer, we genuinely do not have one bad word to say. Thanks again guys :) Rachael & Adam

Sales office environment was modern

Sales office environment was modern, clean and welcoming. Sales consultant-presented as professional, smartly dressed, pleasant, friendly, articulate and energetic. Did not pressure with information and gave time for self appraisal of property. Conversationally relaxed. Responded to questions with clarity. Subsequent contact made with frequent emails and follow up meetings, making each step of the process easy to understand and for client to feel involved.

Remedial work completion

I wanted to take a moment to recognise Paul and Alan who recently patched up cracks and painted over those patches in our house. Both did an incredible job and we’re so delighted with the flawless results. Paul and Alan were also extremely accomodating as I was working from home during their visits. Thank you!

Impressive customer care service

I’m really impressed with Cala’s customer service (after sale) at Wintringham, especially Marius, the customer service operative who came today to do the fixing. His work results are good, very efficient and did the tidy up after the work. Julie, the coordinator was also very responsive in replying and setting up the appointment.

Responsive friendly team

The Cala sales team at Hurlocke Fields has been responsive and supportive throughout the process to buy our new home. Where they didn't have an answer on something, they always came back to us with an answer later. They have been friendly throughout and upon our move to our new home. They did what they could throughout to help what can be a difficult unwieldy purchasing and selling process in the UK.
