Christina and Richard resolved a minor but irritating defect with the front door seal with quiet efficiency. It was a simple job well handled. Thank you.The site in Benson is coming to an end and Westpoint Construction, the contractors, are finishing off the roads, which unfortunately have been delayed for some while due to the Village Relief Road being built. The Westpoint team have been helpful, cheerful and polite, often working in vile weather, and we will quite miss their being around. Well done Cala and Westpoint.

She was so knowledgeable and helpful keeping me up to date with all developments & decisions. Pauline's compassionate made the change so easy for my family. She is an absolute credit to Cala Homes and I would like to thank her for her professional, caring manner.Also massive thanks to Meg and Ann who have been wonderful supporting me all the way through the process. Extremely poor customer service. I brought a Cala home 1year ago, had a large leak in the kitchen. After nearly 5 months the damage is still not repaired! I have been writing to them weekly for updates and just get ignored. The paint on skirting boards and door frames has peeled off and awful stain left on the wall.Don’t trust them.I am part of the Shopwyke estate in Chichester

Debby made us most welcome and over the time we spent with her she provided us with a clear and concise overview of the Cala ‘vision’ for the project. We had a site visit with Debby and the project manager, Craig, who showed us two of the houses we were interested in. Craig was equally interested in hearing what our needs are and he walked us through many of the technical aspects of the construction, materials etc and we were very grateful for his input. Both Debby and Craig were active listeners and for us it was time extremely well spent. They are excellent ambassadors for Cala and we would have no hesitation in contacting them again.
