TrustpilotThis review is not for CALA Homes but…
This review is not for CALA Homes but for one of their employees. In fact if I had to give Cala Homes a review it would be 1 star. We’re two years in our home and it was torture getting our snags looked at and fixed and we still have outstanding issues that haven’t been addressed. But on this occasion their employee, George Fisher who came out to tidy up a few unfinished painting works was absolutely brilliant. Not only did he correct all the issues he went above and beyond and had some great chat, thanks George!
Hi Natalie,Thank you for leaving your review. We are very sorry to hear of the issues you have experienced. Please be assured we have raised this with the team. However, it is great to hear about your experience with George.Best wishes,Cala

I am currently in the process of buying a new build house at Langley Court in Beckenham, and I want to commend Chloe for her exceptional service. She has been incredibly considerate and professional throughout the entire process. Chloe and the team have made the experience smooth and easy, always going the extra mile to ensure everything is taken care of. Her follow-up communication has been outstanding, keeping me informed every step of the way, nothing is too much trouble, I am also very impressed with the quality of the build, it looks fantastic, top quality and I can’t wait to move into my perfect family home. Thank you, Chloe for making this journey as stress-free as possible. Feel free to personalize it further to make it more specific or add any details you'd like!

TrustpilotKingsmere and Fritwell
Myself and my mother have brought homes from two different Cala sites in the last year. My experience was very positive with the Kingsmere site - special thanks for Gabriella (site manager) who listens well and 'gets things done'. I thought the customer service team were also very good, however then I met Geraldine at Fritwell !! Geraldine from start to finish was a real superstar keeping me and mum updated throughout, she went over and above to help my elderly mother out . Her kindness and way of speaking to my mum was lovely to watch. Special mention to site managers Liam and Louis, a great team! They were always on hand and asking if there's anything they can do to help mum, explain things to her and when there was a problem (rarely) they got things sorted. We love our Cala homes. I also have to mention when you're handed over to customer services they are effecient and helpful, too many ladies to name but special mention to Cheryl .
Hi Natasha,Thank you for leaving your review. It is great to hear about you and your mum's experiences. We are delighted that you have both purchased with Cala. Best wishes in your homes!Cala

TrustpilotBrilliant!
We have been in contact with Cala for a while at an estate we were interested in (Gilchrest Gardens). They’ve regularly updated us on plots that we were interested in and have had great communication throughout the year or so we’ve had interest registered. They let us know about something we’d likely be interested in and it’s ended up being exactly what we were after. Lynsey, Fraz & Ann have l been informative & welcoming and have been able to answer any and all questions that we have had. A great service and looking forward to continuing to work with them and their brilliant service as we move in.
Hi Laura,Thank you for leaving your review. It is great to hear about your experience with our team at Gilchrist Gardens.Best wishes with your move and in your new home!Cala
