This review is for the Cala Repair Operative based at the Bucklers Park Development in Berkshire - Lee.Lee has visited our property several times and is always punctual, tidy and has great workmanship (especially with plastering!) He is a lovely chap and always asks how the family are doing! He deserves the recognition of the hard work he puts in. Thanks so much Lee!

TrustpilotMark Henderson (Painter) Excellent
Mark has been to our property twice and both times he’s done a fantastic job. He’s very friendly, professional and went the extra mile to ensure a great job. He arrived on time, there was no mess or hassle and he left the area very clean and tidy. Apart from the great job, you’d never know he’d been to our home. I would thoroughly recommend him if you need a Cala painter in the Edinburgh area.

TrustpilotPaul Bowhill at Cala homes Sales office Chelmsford - exemplary salesmanship
Paul Bowhill at Cala homes Sales office in Chelmsford was brilliant. Paul was very patient in explaining the various aspects of our house purchase. He was always calm and very polite. He elaborately described each and every step in detail and was extremely helpful. He even took extra time to take us around for viewing a plot on a weekend, though it was not preplanned. He explained the floor plans and other details of the house of our interest upon our request without any hesitation. He was always available for any query and is very prompt in his replies. I truly appreciate his help in our house purchase.

TrustpilotOutstanding Customers Service
We have been searching for a family home for sometime in the Edinburgh area.Today we passed the show complex at Earls Rise in Stepps and called in , although we didn’t have an appointment and only wanted a look at the show homes, we received a warm welcome from Pauline who took the time to show us around the lovely show homes and explained the reservation process and how part exchange works. What a delightful lady, so professional and knowledgeable with such a lovely manner. We have been round builders over the last few months but none have come up to Pauline’s standard. Well done Cala Homes, a real touch of class. We will most certainly be recommending.

TrustpilotCala Houston
Cala Houston. Davie our site manager has been outstanding! His commitment and dedication to deliver high standards, quality product and customer care is remarkable. He takes this level of professionalism far beyond my previous experiences. Davie, always says he’s just doing his job, and to him, that’s the case. In my experience with 4 previous builders this is not the standard set by others. A true brand ambassador and an asset to the company. These days we rarely have unsung employees who truly deserve the exposure and recognition. I do hope Cala’s directors (Suzanne) and management team recognise this level of service and take the time to appreciate the value add people like Davie brings. Customer facing after-sales has such a strong impact with customer satisfaction, brand Image and brand reputation. 5 star performance all round. thanks!!

TrustpilotExcellent Service from Anne at Cala Homes, Gilchrist Gardens
We recently had the pleasure of working with Anne, the sales rep at Cala Homes in Gilchrist Gardens, Erskine. Even though we made it clear from the outset that we were not looking to buy a home on her estate, Anne went above and beyond to assist us. She was incredibly helpful and very informative, showing a genuine interest in our needs.Anne kindly arranged for us to view a home that matched our preferences, even though it was part of a forthcoming development in Kinnaird Village. Her proactive approach in gathering as much information as possible about this undeclared development was impressive and greatly appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we highly recommend Anne to anyone considering a home with Cala. Her professionalism and customer care are truly exceptional.

I have just completed on an apartment with Cala Homes Langley Court. I have had a lot of experience dealing with agents through working in the industry. Anthony Walker and Chloe Boss are by far the best agents I have ever dealt with. They are extremely helpful and their communication is excellent.
