TrustpilotIt’s all about the money and they are the worst communicators
We’ve been in our house for over three years and the buying experience was quite stressful. At the time we raised a complaint about how the sales lady made us feel (like lower class people who didn’t deserve a choice) and head office did deal with the situation well. Since then our house has been by major construction works to open up a new bypass - we were always aware of this and have lived next to a building site for three years. However when they began digging up the road the noise and disruption was unbearable and there was zero communication about the impact. My computer screen was vibrating off the stand, the glasses in my cupboards fell out and I now have severe cracking in the room that was closest to the works at the time. I have tried to raise a formal complaint to speak to someone twice and have so far heard nothing back. They also don’t reply to emails. Once they’ve got your money they couldn’t care for how they impact you or your life. I have video footage of the wrong digger being used and physically coming off the ground and down again causing my house to move. Be careful what you sign up to.

There is little point customer service having an auto reply that promises to get in touch within 4 working days when 5 working days later nothing has been heard and we have been told by the site team that nothing can be done until they do. Unfortunately this is not the first time we have been subject to emails being overlooked.

GoogleWe have just moved in our new home on Limsi Grove, and couldn’t be happier about the whole experience. We did a part exchange, which worked really well for us, as we could stay in our home until the end. Karen, Paul and Andy in the sales team have been absolutely lovely throughout, making us feel well looked after and promptly answering any queries we had. the house is beautiful and extremely comfortable, we are super pleased! We visited the Cala homes at The Lawers at Balgray Gardens in Newton Mearns.We were seen by Jenny who took us through the show houses and answered all our questions on the house styles and the purchase process. As a huge bonus she took us down to see another house that was built so we could get a view on that house.Jenny was very friendly and knowledgeable.The whole Cala experience is a step above other builders and that is exemplified by their sales staff.
