After a long period of various attempts to sort out our leaking Juliet balcony bedroom doors Vicky took over our case and oversaw the repairs from start to finish. Over the 2 year period since we moved into our new house we have received consistently good service from the Chiltern Customer Service Team.Christina has been the consistent link to Cala and has organised snagging fixes promptly and efficiently. As we exit the 2 year period I will certainly miss being able to rely on knowing that she will arrange for the tradespeople to visit. The most recent visit by Robert to fix a garage door handle issue was a good example of how smoothly we've received the after-sales service.

From the moment I walked into the show home, it felt like home. From pre to post sale CALA have been great! Rebecca, my customer care contact, has been fabulous - always friendly, professional and courtesy. She returns my calls, keeps me updated on progress, etc. All the tradesman, Andy, Roger and a new guy who fitted my front door, really know their stuff, take their time to explain and finish the job with care and attention. Similarly, the external tradespeople they use. Overall, I'm super happy that I bought a CALA home.

The aftersales support team have been fantastic in helping fix a couple of accident damage items. Ricky very polite and considerate, arriving on time and working quickly and efficiently. With a little bit of humour, kept us informed of the stages of the repairs. The only sign he had been is the repair completed, ever where clean and tidy. Booking process was easy and simple with Rachel.So many other companies would leave you on your own after a year of being in your new home, not Cala. They are true to their word and support to the higher level.
