Remedial work by customer care team

After noticing a water stain in our kitchen ceiling, we contacted the Cala Customer Service team, who promptly arranged the relevant trades to visit. This required a hole being made in the ceiling, the leaking pipe connection being fixed, and then the hole being filled and painted.The overall experience in getting this addressed was excellent. The team were quick with their communication and scheduling, and were also amenable to re-booking when we needed to rearrange. Thank you to Vicky for coordinating these appointments.Connor, the joiner, and George, the painter, both deserve particular praise. They are friendly, professional, keep you informed of their progress, and clearly take pride in doing their jobs well. They made the process smooth and stress-free, and are both credits to the Cala team.

Still no response from Cala !!

Well hare we are again with still no response from Cala at any level except from the standard reply posted over a week ago “we are looking into this matter” how long does it take to look into a matter that was first raised in September plus letters sent by registered post to Calas CEO. I just would not touch them on any level!! Dig their head in the sand and hope the issue goes away? All above refers to land they sold that was supposed to be given to the community.

Vicky arranged for a plumber to come out to fix a leak very quickly. She got back pr-actively in touch a few weeks later to check if the leak was fixed and offered to arrange for a painter to come out to repair the staining to the ceiling below the shower. Fantastic experience with our new detached home in Jordanhill park .
