Lee and Lydia at Bucklers Park have been a breath of fresh air with a number of snags outstanding for many years. They’ve swiftly and professionally booked in the time, finished the tasks to a great standard and have gone the extra mile at every point. A stark contrast to the previous team covering snags, but very glad that they’re finally getting done, as promised and to a high standard.

CALA Sequoia Meadows

Buying and moving to a new property can be very stressful. We downsized from a large family home to a 2 bedroom apartment at Sequoia Meadows. At all times, the sales team particularly Angela and Nicola were outstanding in their kindness and support. The flat is finished to a high standard, every member of staff we dealt with was polite, professional, efficient and friendly. We are very pleased with our new home and thanks to the team who have made a stressful time pass smoothly with their kind support. Thanks to Grieg the site manager for his friendly professionalism. It is reassuring to have knowledgeable professionals on tap should they be required.

Reinforcement of recreation room floor and garage ceiling

Thank you CALA for excellent work, a most professional approach at all times and the helpful suggestions that were offered when options arose during work in progress. I was impressed by the efficient way both phases of the work were coordinated across different specialist teams. Work was completed exactly to schedule. I found Alan Grant (overall project manager) and Andy Galloway (on site supervisor for phase one) and Neal Young and Alan Park (both working on phase two) especially helpful.

Amazing experience and the most helpful staff at Sequoia Meadows

Everything about our Cala experience has been a dream! I can not recommend Cala Sequoia Meadows and mostly importantly Laurence in the Sales Team enough. Laurence made everything easy in the process and even when we moved into our home still checked in to see everything was going smoothly. Everything is very personal and thorough with Cala - from the walk around your new home before you move in, going through site plans with Laurence and the site manager Pat and the day you move in a moving in present with all your documentation, dog treats and jo malone diffuser. The quality of the fixtures in the home are superior to any other builder I have viewed. Since we have moved in since June there has been very little snagging and what snagging we did have Cala fixed very quickly.Even though there is still building going on here the builders are very conscious of keeping the area clean and consistently have a road sweeper/cleaner going round the area.I would always recommend Cala as we have had the most amazing experience with them and got our dream home! Thanks Cala team from Scott & Sarah X

First Class team at Cala Hamilton

We have been wanting a Cala house for some years now and when the opportunity arose to purchase one in our home town of Hamilton we couldn’t resist. From our first enquiry phone call a few months ago ,to reserving our dream home, the team of girls at Hamilton including Fiona, Emma and Lynsey have been fantastic. They have been so helpful and professional guiding us through every stage and keeping us updated on our journey. We have just completed our very informative IGM meeting with the girls and met Jordan the site Project Manager, who made us feel so welcome and have given us great confidence in our purchase. Looking forward to watching the progress in our new home.

Excellent Customer Care

We had an issue with an air pocket that appeared below our flooring. There were then some further issues caused by the contractor who attended this issue, but Cala were very supportive and arranged for the contractor to revisit and fix their work. Thanks to Christina and Ricky in the Chiltern office!

We were at our son's house to let Cala Customer Care in. The guys arrived on time. We're friendly and courteous and got on with the work required. The end result is great work so a huge thank you and well done to Scott Moxey and Rab the joiner who forgot to leave his card. Cleaned up and tidied before they left. Well done both.
