GooglePaige and the team were fantastic. They knew what property we were after and notified us in advance of listing to say one is coming to market, which was fantastic. A very bespoke and personalised service which helped in our search for our next home.

GoogleAlthough I'm just at the beginning of the buying process through Butters with Paige, Ive been incredibly impressed to her dedication. She certainly goes over and above the standard expectations of an estate agent. What makes Paige stand out from the many other agents I have dealt with, is her understanding of the purchasers needs and knowledge of the property in which she is promoting. A rare talent in what has now become a complacent industry.

GoogleWent around a gorgeous property and I’m so glad that Lily from Butters John Bee was showing myself & my mum around! I felt instantly comfortable, I didn’t feel rushed at all and she answered all the questions we had! As a disabled & neurodivergent person, I’ve unfortunately had bad experiences of being shown properties by different companies. Lily from Butters John Bee has made me realise what the best experience with an estate agent looks like! Thank you Lily!!

GoogleI would like to express my appreciation and gratitude to Katie Allmark, Move Manager who recently visited my home. Her approach was both warm and friendly. And she spent time with me, and we worked together to ensure that the images and virtual tour created truly make my home look at its very best! Katie also provided advice as to what might look good and perhaps items I might move, this made such a difference in showcasing my home. In addition, the supporting summary she created highights the best features and characteristics of my home too. Such great results! I would highly recommend Katie to you to help market and promote your home.

GoogleWhen making a recent house purchase, we found the whole team at Butters John Bee (Nantwich) to be very reliable and professional. We viewed the property on multiple occasions and Claudia and Paige were always punctual and happy to accommodate our schedule. Any queries regarding the purchase were dealt with promptly and efficiently, and once the sale was agreed they were happy to allow us additional access so that we could arrange quotes from local tradesmen, to enable works to start as soon as possible after completion. This purchase went very smoothly thanks in part to the hard work and cheery attitude of the whole team. Many thanks
