GoogleMarcin Strzelec met us at the property. A very smartly dressed young man who showed us round with both curtesy and respect answering all the questions we had and not hurrying us along. The score reflects the fact that I have only met him once.

GoogleI can’t recommend Butters John Bee highly enough, and in particular Maddie, who has been nothing short of outstanding. Her professionalism, diligence, and attention to detail are exceptional. As a property developer, I’ve worked with Maddie across a number of purchases, and every single time she has gone above and beyond to ensure the process runs smoothly. No matter how complex the transaction or how many (sometimes complicated!) requests I’ve thrown her way, Maddie has handled everything with efficiency, patience, and total competence. She has supported me at every step of the process, always keeping me informed, proactive, and confident that things were in hand. It’s rare to find an agent who combines deep industry knowledge with such a genuine commitment to their clients. Maddie is a real credit to Butters John Bee, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again or recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, professional estate agent.

GoogleI’ve had BJB represent me on 2 landlord sales, 3 years apart. The recent experience was pretty poor, with a lack of client ownership and never speaking to the same person twice. The low point was the branch losing the keys to my apartment, the high point dealing with Leanne Odams-Chesworth who reminded me of the earlier experience with BJB. Too many different names, not joined up in approach or leadership. 5* for Leanne, 0* for the whole experience.
