GoogleI bought my current house through the Nantwich branch of BJB. I also viewed several offerings from their Crewe branch. I found them very easy to deal with, there was no 'hard sell' and I never felt under pressure. My enquiries were always dealt with promptly and in a friendly yet respectful way.

GoogleEllie has been amazing, house selling/buying is very stressful and she has done a weekly catch up with both solicitors, the buyer and myself which has kept things moving more efficiently and keeping us in the loop. I have moved a few times and would highly recommend BJB above others due to this proactive approach.

GoogleI know Gary Fear and his team can sell houses really well because they have looked after people I know but the reason I’d like to leave a review is for the amazing work he has done for the people of Ukraine.
Not sure if you know what an asset you have in your company but this gentleman has done some brilliant stuff, working tirelessly to raise money and he has been out to Ukraine three times, taking food to people. We have followed his visits on Facebook and seen the poor people he has helped and seen the lengths he’ll go to in order to get food to them. He has been in places with air raid warnings sounding while he is packing food and driven through dangerous parts to get this done.
He has given up several Saturdays to be within our local supermarket, raising money and telling as many people as possible about what’s he doing.
He is a valuable representative of your company and can only help the reputation of Butters John Bee in the town.

GoogleEllie was friendly and personable right from the start, nothing was too much trouble. I was a buyer (and therefore not their client and not paying their fees) but Ellie and everyone else at BJB Nantwich treated me with courtesy and respect as though I'd chosen them. It was such a refreshing change to deal with a company with a positive and helpful outlook.

GoogleJust a quick note to thank Charlotte Tomlinson for both her time and advice last Saturday. Not only was she happy to discuss similar properties to the nature of the one I am looking for, but for sale through other agents, she also advised on the ceiling price for the various locations that I am looking to purchase in. She also gave me invaluable insight into current market conditions. This lady is a credit to Butters John Bee. Thanks again Charlotte - your guidance was greatly appreciated.
