Booked a valuation for my rental from Victoria Roscoe at BJB Crewe. Victoria was prompt, professional and handled discussing the property with the current tenant in situ very well. BJB's process was made clear and felt confident in their ability to sell the property. Out of the three agents I took valuations from, I would have chosen BJB. Only circumstances outside of their control lead me not go ahead with the sale. I would recommend BJB and Victoria from my initial experience

Since Covid and for lots of reasons too numerous to comment here it was refreshing to meet Jessie, enthusiasm and professionalism in spades. When the time comes for us to put our house on the market she will be our first port of call. Butters John Bee have a gem here, she's got local knowledge which counts for a lot, she listens and summarises and no big sell. When she left our home it was like saying goodbye to a friend. Truly she's that good.

*Worst customer service ever* I rang to arrange a viewing on a property I’d seen advertised on Friday 27th May and spoke to George who booked me in on the Saturday. He told me that the tenant was showing people around the property and there was availability at 11am, he booked me in and told me that he would call me if there were any problems. As arranged, I arrived at the property and there was no answer, I phoned the estate agents - no answer. Eventually after 15 minutes I was greeted by a very angry and aggressive tenant who refused to let me in and told me he’d had nothing but trouble and as nobody had called him to arrange the viewing in advance, he wouldn’t let me in. I repeatedly rang the office but there was no answer until my call eventually got picked up by an overflow agent. It turns out there were notes on the system stating that the tenant was aggressive as there was an ongoing dispute with the landlord. George rang me on Monday 30th May and said that there was a ‘miscommunication’ between himself and a colleague, when I pointed out that he should have made me aware of the aggressive tenant he agreed and said that he’d also been rude to him!! George said that he would speak to his Manager and arrange an open viewing to stop any further sabotage by the tenant and would let me know the date. Not surprisingly, 10 weeks later I’m still waiting for a call back. I would never buy a property through this estate agents, their complete lack of care and professionalism is shocking. #worstcustomerserviceever

I have a few houses to view and my car was in the garage I couldn’t go. But John bee with Roksana, picked me up and took me around to see houses. Roksana was really nice, easy going ,chatty , very helpful and a the most important thing, a good driver.Unfortunately the houses weren’t what I expected. This is an update, posted August 2022. BJB continue to manage our 4 flats in Crewe in an efficient and professional manner. The team overall are hard working and responsive. I have also recently had assistance from Michael Ferris, the Branch Manager, with a property valuation question, which Michael was able to answer and to provide advice. Very helpful and useful, thanks Michael. I continue to be very satisfied with the service BJB provide. Overall, the team in the Crewe office are all easy to deal with, always friendly and polite, and (most importantly) they do follow up on issues and messages, and get things done. So overall they do a good, professional job. Good service from decent people. Ben in particular has been very helpful with a difficult situation recently. He worked on our behalf, stuck with it, and managed to get payments made. Good work Ben!

Myself and my partner had a property to rent so visited several estate agents for advice. Have to say outstanding service from BJB! From an initial chat and rental estimate (higher than we thought) within 24 hours Michael had come out, imaged/measured and the property was on the market a few hours later. A further 48 hours the property was LET. Can't recommend the team enough, especially Michael who helped us from start to finish with our 1st property. Absolute joke of a company. We put an offer in on a house and except for one 2 lined email confirming the offer, we have had no contact since to see if the vendor accepted. We contacted the office to speak to Ryan numerous times over a week to be told he and others were all busy and someone would call us back. This never happened. After waiting a week to hear back, my husband called again and we were informed the house was sold on Friday to someone else. No email or call from Ryan to tell us, even though they are open all day Friday, Saturday and today. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE. Absolutely shocking and incredibly unprofessional service, I will never sell or buy with these agents.
