On viewing the property Ryan did not rush us when looking round and if he wasn't able to answer a query he would usually find out and get back to us. GoogleArranged to view property with BJB who arranged the same day viewing, met Madison at the property who showed us around, a very polite young lady who gives justice to the estate agent, she sorted everything out when we needed tt and there was no rush with the viewing, as we have found with other estate agents. I would recommend using BJB. very efficient service throughout both with selling and buying at the same time. special thank you to Madison who keeps us upto date and well informed. many thanks Mel and paul.

I’ve been in so much of a tizz lately over housing due to my own house auction ending in a short time and a completion date will be within 28 working days. I need to secure myself a property very soon. Roksana you listened attentively to myself this morning after many attempts of getting a viewing. You listened to my situation and I could feel your sympathy which really helped me. How amazing I was squeezed in for the viewing (over the moon) Roksana your professionalism when faced with delays of other viewings to being unable to access the property you kept your composure with such a lovely smile on your face. GoogleRang this estate agent 3 times on Wednesday and sent an email requesting to view a property that had just come on the market. In todays housing market I am aware of how important it is to get in contact quickly. Each time I was told someone would get back to me. They didn't! I rang again on Thursday and was assured someone would get back to me! Friday at 17.35pm still waiting. Very, very disappointed! This is totally unprofessional. One person who answered the phone on the Wednesday sounded like he was eating a sandwich while he was talking to me and he had the knowledge of someone on their 1st day of work experience!!!

GoogleAvoid them if you are planning to sell your property through them: As a buyer, this is my experience with Butters john bee: Calls go to concierge service and nobody from branch office calls back either for fixing an appointment or even after your offer gets accepted. You will be lucky if your call gets connected to the branch office or somebody from branch office calls you back. You can expect a lot of call from them to cross sell mortgages Nobody responds to the email whether it is sales team or sales progression team or negotiating team Difficult to get an appointment for viewing a property Once, I travelled 2.5 hrs from my hometown in southeast to Crewe for an appointment . They sent a message 10mins before the appointment to inform that vendor had cancelled the appointment. When an appointment is cancelled, they may call you and if you miss their call, they don't inform you through email or text message. If you are lucky, they may call you 30 mins before the appointment to inform that it is cancelled. Pathetic service from them as they don't appreciate your time and effort. For your sanity sake, Please avoid them if you plan to sell or let your property with them

GoogleMicheal for viewing at property was very helpful and polite. This was my review I am living in a damp infested flat paying close to 500!! I have moss growing on my furniture mould on my curtains and bedding it is absolutely disgusting and I am ashamed that this could be done to a single 19 years old girl, the damp has been as issue here for many years as my hole street is infested with it, I feel like I have been fobbed of I was homeless before living here and even when I was homeless my clothes and property wasn't as damp and ruined!!!
